Perdikia Hill Hotel is in a very beautiful location. This was my 4th visit to the hotel and after reading reviews i was concerned that the hotel may have gone downhill due to it now being all inclusive, this was not the case at all. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location which is very near Olu Deniz beach - the hotel provides a free shuttle everyday. Hisaronu is also close by should you want to leave the hotel for a drink or some food. You can get a taxi anytime - The hotel reception arranges the taxi for you. Staff are professional, welcoming, helpful and friendly at all times.(especıally manager Erkan ) The hotel has three beautiful swimming pools with outstanding views therefore it is never difficult to get a sunbed anytime of the day. The rooms are always clean, towels replaced everyday, there is a free safe in the room and the hotel now provides towels for the sunbeds. The entertainment team were exceptional they really are an asset to the hotel. The entertainment was fantastic there was something different every night really enjoyable. i would definitely recommend booking directly through the hotel as they pick you up from the airport which takes approx 1 hour The hotel also leave a bottle of wine and a fruit basket on arrival in your room. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and my 5th visit to the hotel is already planned.

Very poor excuse of a hotel I would have given it one star but I have given it two stars because of the lovely reception staff and the two head chefs who are so lovely and try so hard to please everyone and the one head male member of staff that seems to care as for the rest of the hotel it leaves a lot to be said, dirty cups ,dirty plates , dirty pools , the have stayed in Turkey loads of times in lots of different star hotels and this is probably the worst , room walls damp and peeling , broken sink sharp tiles and mould , holes in the walls where no extractor fan was supposed to be installed

Just come back from 10 days here. There is no way this hotel is 4 star more like 2. Food was barely Luke warm on all meals. Given different tmeal times and turned up 1 evening with no food left all cleared away. Drinks very limited only vodka gin and raki and EFES draught on the main Bar. Run out of wine on an all inclusive. Staff scruffy and untidy. All staff wore the same white stained T shirts. Staff constantly on the phones and smoking behing the pool bar. Even the manager more the same. Very unfriendly and un helpful. The only smart clean staff were reception staff. 5 times our room key didn't work and had to keep going back to reception up and down 30 stairs. No report of its not good for poor mobility as all stairs and no lift. Overall a very poor experience of all inclisive. Adult only pool had no bar open as the bar wasn't stocked one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Firstly, this is no way a 4 star rated hotel. It’s basic to say the least. The rooms, whilst tidy were basic and small. We’ve stayed in better 4 star hotels in the vicinity of this hotel. It’s predominantly a Turkish & Russian clientele. The food in the restaurant wasn’t very varied & once they ran out of a particular dish they did not replenish. The dinner service was only 90 minutes but they did not cater enough for all guests. It was also cold most of the time. The adult 16+ pool at the top of the resort was great for us as we had the pool to ourselves all week. Overall, the actual resort was lovely, but the rooms & food and staff fell very short of a 4 star experience.

Our third recent visit to Turkey. This hotel falls well short of four star rating compared to our previous stays. Rooms are very basic. Food (or preparation) not satisfactory standard. Restaurant staff poorly dressed and lacked proper training.

Very relaxing and well needed rest this was our 3rd hotel stop and the only one worthy of a gleaming review firstly the staff make this place everyone is so warm and welcoming considering this is the very end of the season and everyone is tired they are so kind always smiling and happy to chat and are so patient with our broken Turkish we are definitely considering staying again for a few nights in May when we travel around the area again the food is the same as most all inclusive but there’s always something to eat and you will never go hungry rooms are tired but very clean and functional the beds are very comfortable also get quilts witch is very rare out here plus the animation team are great and very interactive on the hole great place to come with a family and relax you will not regret it .

Just got back from an amazing 11 days here. From start to finish it was my favourite holiday to date. On arrival, reception staff were so helpful and checked us in quickly. Within less than 10 minutes of our arrival we had been helped to our room with our suitcases. The service provided by waiters at meal times was always amazing! The staff really are a credit to the hotel. They’re so friendly and polite and try to build a relationship with each guest! Manager Erkan was our favourite. He always had a smile on his face, tried so hard with each and every guest, nothing was too much for him and he was such a lovely man. The bar service was also good! All of the bar staff were so friendly and helpful and they made the holiday! They provided such an amazing atmosphere and environment and they were all so nice. The hotel was always very clean, and the pool areas were often calm and clean. We look forward to hopefully returning next year!

We are here now..... Rooms are filthy, had to complain within 10minutes of arrival It is not proper all inclusive, nothing to eat between main meal times and when food is served its disgusting. Alcohol is, well to say the least watered down taste. Staff very ignorant and spend time on their phones when you trying to talk to them. Only good thing is the pool and the way out. Not a very welcoming experience and not a tui rep to be seen. This is not one star never mind four star....

First impressions weren’t very good and they were right. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place but it’s staff and cleanliness let it down. The lady on reception,the gent in the shop,the head chef,the outside chef,a lad from the kitchen area and the animation team are amazing. The bar staff don’t really talk and the cleaners were never seen but heard every morning at 6.30am having a natter outside my room. I don’t know why cleaners are employed here because the room we stayed in was never cleaned the 7 days we were there. They came in to remake the bed and open the window but that was it. The cleanliness of the grounds is a big let down for this hotel. There’s no pool maintenance people cleaning the pool and the surrounding area at any time of day. The kids pool has a nice scum ring around it and the large pool has some lovely grime growing in the bottom of it. AI is garbage. The only drinks they have are water,efes,vodka,gin or wine. Not ideal for a cider n disarrono drinker. The restaurant has lots of choice for meals but is like a cattle market when the doors first open. People are ignorant,rude and selfish in there. Absolutely love Ovacik but will definitely not be returning here.

It’s exceptionally bad , I had accident falling and my son a 7 years got stomach flu on 2 nd day. We were not given any help, no TUI rep on site. Restaurant dirty and poor quality of food. There is no choice in diary or bread. Serving cake and salad for breakfast and left over from previous day. On arrival we had a room without a window in basement smelling from smoke. Everybody someking everywhere, staff is bored, taking on their phone, cups and cutlery dirty. Plastic plates in restaurant, far from 4* hotel. Issue with Wi-Fi, no tv signal only 2 Turkish Chanel. All day Turkish music shouting from the speaker. Cleaner nice but cleaning is like basic.

The experience we had was not very good.Firstly food is poor especially for children. Main restaurant serving chips and macaroni cheese for breakfast.Hardly any fruit choices.Staff are quiet rude never try and Engage with us because we're English.The Turkish girls were so horrible to my 7 year old granddaughter, one spat in her face and one slapped her.Ive been to Turkey many times ,but this was my worse experience. It is never a 4 star hotel.The areas around the pool are very dangerous get flooded when the slides are on,but no-one around to supervise it.I had a big fall on the stairs going to the toilet,so slippery no slip mats. I hit my head and hurt my arm badly.I was really looking forward to this holiday but it was a very big let down.

A complete disaster of a hotel which should have maximum 2 stars and not 4 as advertised. Despite being advertised as a family resort it is by far one. Got in the morning allocated the wrong room so after few days changed my room which was as poor as the first one , near a noisy generator so I gave up and stayed despite looking for other options via TUI. The photos on the website are so deceiving as is a completely different hotel when you arrive.. 1. The 2 tires slides are open 3 times a day for 30 minutes and that is the only attraction 2. Majority of the clients are from Turkey so communication is very poor in English and you can see the attitude of the staff when you don’t speak Turkish 3. No coffee in the room and the diary one you can have is 8AM from the restaurant which is not good at all; tastes as anything else you can imagine but coffee 4. Food is poor and again Turkish clientele oriented to the point where they give you French fries for breakfast?? Hygiene standards are 0 and I am surprised how they can pass any food standards audits 5. One day they said they are serving chicken but 1000% wasn’t as the bones were not chicken bones (See photo) 6. Went all inclusive but same things every day and in terms of drinks other than beer and wine that again were cheap the rest is non existent 7. H&S issues with floors slippery as an ice rink ; seen people falling and banging their toilets; no guarding of the pools 8. Entertainment boring - same stuff every night for kids dancing on the same songs and the dj trying to be funny without success. Again everything is in Turkish so if you attended anything else you just stay there and watch and try to I understand what are they saying /doing I wouldn’t go back to this tired look g hotel even if they told me to go free; I read some of the reviews and I am not sure how people can rate 5 when is not at all. Unless they get paid to write. I wasn’t expecting luxury but I want expcting a cheap experience

The resort has potential, but the general maintenance and food quality need improvement. At Breakfast, no A/C they provide FRENCH FRIES, leftovers from the night before and warm milk for cereal, and some dishes are reheated up to three times. While I appreciate efforts to reduce waste, three times is too much. Additionally, ice cream is only served between 13:00-14:00, which is disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience. Pending resolution, I will provide further info on my stay and a detailed report with pictures if these issues aren't addressed.

Stayed here years ago and loved it, would love to return one day. The food was brilliant and the rooms were lovely and clean. Entertainment was great considering we were near to the end of season and everything was getting a bit quieter. Little walk down to the shops and you have to get a bus to Ölüdeniz but it wasn’t a problem
