Rooms are very very uncleaned below beds. Nuts and bolts everywhere. Overhyped and over priced property. It can be harmful for kids and for adults also.. They should be ashamed .. Image is attached. Thanks

素晴らしいホテルです。 サービスも非常に良く、客室も綺麗です。 部屋が空いていたようで、無料でアップグレードもしてくれました。朝食バイキングのメニューも豊富で、朝から大満足です。 デリー市内へはUberを使いましたが、問題ありませんでした。 お酒お飲む方はニューデリー市内で購入する事をおすすめします。やっぱりホテルは高い。 全体的には非常に満足しています。

這是印度德里最漂亮的酒店之一，住着不想出門，酒店外的實境很容易把人拉回印度的現實。酒店用的東西以及細節都做得很好，傢俱/桌子都是用貝殼的麪鑲嵌的非常考究，洗漱用品也是一流的。總之這個酒店的細節做得很好。

This was just the hoax that everyone was creating. It was unnecessarily expensive. They did not upgrade my room. Customer service was pretty late. Poor food quality. Will never stay here at all.

Excellent food choice for breakfast and dinner for almost free. Nisha and her ***ager Ankit in restaurant, Sumit at front dwsk are exemplary customer caring personnel. All staff are extrmely polite and follow theor GM Mr. Dasgupta. Amazingly hotel to enjoy business stay at Leela Palace. We had couple of rooms for a few days and cannot wait to return. Thanks everyone at Leela Palace.

I used to think that the US is the country when it comes to customer service, until I stayed at Leela. It was a truly royal experience.

The service at this property was unmatched and the rooms were gorgeous. Definitely not a modern hotel, so if that's what you'd like, look elsewhere. Instead, it's a ro***tic, beautifully appointed, and well-maintained historic hotel. I hope I have the chance to return!

Great hotel. But two main issues. Firstly, we messaged them to provide our flight details but they never replied. Tried calling for hours but there was no answer. Thankfully, someone from the hotel was at the airport to collect us. Second issue was that when we checked in we told them we had more luggage so our car to the airport would need to be bigger. However at checkout they did not provide this and we rode to the airport with luggage in our lap. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and service first class.
