The service is excellent, the food absolutely outstanding and the Ayurvedic treatments are excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happy to accommodate our special dietary requirements. Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant should be nominated for a Michelin star!!

Dear fellow traveller, If you seek absolute peace, pampering and a relaxed holiday to de-stress and unwind this is the place. Just under one hour drive from Colombo we arrived at this beautiful hotel in Negombo. To find tranquility and lush greenery was no doubt a wonderful surprise. The warm traditional and meaningful welcome did set the tone for our stay, we knew we were going to be very well taken care of and that... they most certainly did! Much thanks to Mr. Nimanka, Mr. Kalaka and all FO staff. Rooms: We initially booked the Classic room but upon inspection we realised for a two nights, three day treatment it felt a bit congested-like though clean and beautiful for us hence we opted for the next category - the Queen villa. The villa was quite spacious, immaculate and well structured. The little frontage with pool beds, coffee table, garden chairs and massage beds in an enclosed space was perfect for our privacy. Amenities - well provided for a 4* hotel. We did meet the HK manager who inquired whether everything was to our liking and satisfaction, kudos to all HK staff for their service. Rooms, surrounding buildings and every inch of the property was extremely clean and well maintained. Food & Restaurant: Vegan or Vegetarian meals as per doctor's recommendations. My husband and I both had different meal plans. The food was delicious, creative and a work of art on a plate for a fact. They always obliged me with my lime juice made exactly to my liking. Much praise to the Chef ( we spoke in length of nutritional facts and he gave me fabulous tips in trying out healthy dishes at home - I cannot recall the name sadly), servers : Ms. Nileesha, Mr. Hashan and Mr. Hishan were wonderfully kind. It was a pleasure to have met .Mr. Samith, he was very informative and welcoming . Doctors: Dr.Anuradha & Dr. Harshini were quite thorough with their area of expertise. Gentle and well-mannered doctors, made us feel quite comfortable and explained in length our treatments beforehand. Special note of thanks to Dr. Anuradha for taking the time and trouble to get me a printed copy of hair masks which I received upon checking out - was pleasantly surprised. Treatments : About two hours and fifteen minutes of different treatments per day after daily consultations with the doctors. This included full body massages to facials to oil treatments to sauna and much more. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!! It was Heavenly. Blessing and merit to both Ms. Romen & Mr. Amila - they were both just brilliant! My husband attended the Yoga classes in the morning - he said the instructor was fantastic. I cannot emphasize enough especially to the local traveller : Jetwing pavilions is a hidden gem, a bit too well hidden I must say. You will definitely not be disappointed. We had a wonderful experience overall. It was the first time we experienced an Aurvedic experience and the treatment was very relaxing. The food was delicious too and the staff was very friendly and humble. We enjoyed our stay. Hope to come again soon.

Beautiful hotel, complete peaceful haven, perfect start to my holiday. Treatments were great - always felt so relaxed afterwards, and Danika, my massage therapist, was very friendly and considerate. Early morning yoga was lovely (and teacher could speak fluent Japanese too!). And the food was amazing - delicate flavours and textures, beautifully presented.

This hotel is beautiful and peaceful. All the staff were helpful and gentle. The Ayuverdic treatments were relaxing, and the food and drink was delicious - all prepared individually to complement the Ayuverdic plan. The beach is an easy few minutes walk away, as is the other Jetwing hotel with its large beach-side swimming pool which is available for the Pavilions' residents' use. Staying here was exactly the right start to my holiday in Sri Lanka.

Me and my wife stayed for 7 days in King Villa and it was an exceptional and memorable time for us. We felt the change in our body and mind and felt rejuvenated. Genorouse smiles of the staff, healthy food and the serene environment always accomplish the nice and warm Ayurvedic treatments. Specially want to mention Dr. Anurada for her kind, professional guidance and appreciate her detailed consultation on each of the treatments we had. It really makes us comfortable. Also, skilful therapists with their welcoming attitudes make the stay homely. I would like to recommend this place for everyone who wants to change their life in a healthy way. We will come back again !!

This was a great restaurant. The place was very calm and the service was fantastic. Note this is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant and the food is prepared for the European pallet nevertheless it was delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice mellow meal.
