Very nice hotel, and staff are very very friendly

Pros: -Territory of the property is huge. Big garden and its all green. There is swimming pool also. -Big room as you can see in the video. One big bed and one small bed and lots of space in the room -Amenities such as small fridge and closet are available inside the room. -View to the garden and the pool. -Access to the garden from the room with sitting space is beautiful -Airport transfers are provided by hotel if you provide your flight details. -Totally worth the price as we booked it under $40. Cons: 
-Location is in the opposite direction from the airport to the city. If you have short stay in Colombo and you want to see Colombo as much as possible, the location is not great for you.
-Property is not in the great condition as aircondition was leaking and bidet shower was leaking as well

Despite confirming the airport transfer in advance (which was included), no one showed up to pick us up. We arrived by our own means in the middle of the night, with children and no assistance. The check-in process was completely disorganized. They failed to provide the rooms we had booked, and resolving the issue took a long time — in the early hours of the morning — which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.

Great Stay Once Again at Oreeka Hotel, Katunayake This was our second stay at Oreeka Hotel, and it was just as pleasant as before. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay near the airport. Highly recommend for travellers looking for convenience and great service!

clean and big room, friendly staff, nice environment, reasonable price

Only stayed there overnight, but looks very nice, spacious, nice pool, good food and service. Only getting there from the airport is a bit trickier than it first looked.

The hotel is 10 minutes drive from Airport. Complimentary pick and drop available. The frontdesk staff is very helpful. Restaurant also available in hotel. Pool area is also good....

Hotel is quiet and cool but place not easy to find

This is a very bad hotel, a very bad hotel, no one needs to go to this hotel. My reservation was confirmed, although they arranged another much cheaper hotel. That hotel is under construction hotel, and no one believes this hotel. Money is wasted, and dinner is too expensive. Everything is wasted. No one has booked this hotel.

We arrived late in Columbo and hotel was perfect for us. They offered a complimentary shuttle which picked us up near the Post Office just outside of the arrival gate. The room had Wi-Fi and Aircon so we could relax and unwind after our flight. The bed was also one of the most comfortable we’ve slept on in our travels.

Very nice for a transit hotel. Nice staff, clean, spacious room, reasonable breakfast. Garden very well maintained.

My flight landed at midnight so I booked this hotel because it had free airport pickup. It was confusing as I never got any confirmation that I will be picked up and I told them that I wouldn’t have a local number when I arrived. I got out and didn’t see any signs with the hotel name or my name so I had to ask some locals to call the hotel for me and was told would be picked up outside the post office, but again no idea who to look for and had to get someone to call again. Although I was picked up at last, my suggestion is that you can WhatsApp guests who don’t have a number. The room was spacious that’s all I can say. All sorts of insects in the room (bed, wall etc…) , TV did not work, no WiFi in room, unknown stuff in the closet. Don’t expect anything if you stay here but okay for a quick rest before heading off to elsewhere .

Had a 9 hr layover. Flight early in the morning at 7 am. Hotel picks up and drops off at airport free of charge. 15 mins one way. Easy to arrange. I arrived late at night so didn't see much landscaping but it was deep into like a dark area but lighted up nearer main building. Great functioning hotel for layovers. But WiFi was non existent in the room that I was in just above the reception. Could be because of the rain. Towel was stained but I guess it happens and it was the value for the money.
