酒店老的掉牙的那種，最重要的是服務很差，前台人員亂哄哄的，給的房間在一樓，潮濕，不乾淨，要求換房沒有一點點商量的餘地，還標那麼高的價格

酒店整體環境還可以，房間有些像如家，設施有些老，靠着海邊景色還是不錯的，房間床品衞生需要提高。

Jetwing Blue has been so kind to us during the last week end. We have checked in to this amazing hotel on last Saturday evening. From the check in to the check out it has been an unforgettable experience. Mr.Rahal & Ms.Chamathka have helped us with a very smooth check in. Mr.Rohan & GM Mr. Raveendra warmly welcomed us in the lobby. From that moment on Mr.Rohan took good care of us through out our stay. He is an invaluable asset to Jetwing Blue. Mr.Kasun Weerasinghe has been so helpful @ the restaurant. He has made us feel like royalty. Not only for us but also the rest of the guests who dined there felt his graceful presence. He is a solid guy with great PR skills. Mr.Sidney has treated us so nicely that we felt him like our personal butler. He is one of a kind. Ms.Maneesha , Mr.Gayan,Mr.Chalana, Mr.Ashen & Mr.Sanjaya have provided us a magnificent service @ the main restaurant. I want to specially mention Chef Chathura, Vihanga & Ms.Ganga for their high quality service . This resort is a sight for sore eyes as it is located on a glorious beach with a scenic garden spreading around it. Rooms were large in size & packed with all importent amneties. Mini bar was affordable with a good collection. The Food was so scrumptious with a wide variety of spread. I was so impreesed ! The swimming pool with wooden chairs in it was pretty unique. Overall service was simply brilliant. We checked out on Sunday afternoon. It was 'Mother's Day'. Ms.Ranishka has gifted a very thoghtful present to my wife. Dear Ranishka , you left a lasting memory in our minds. We will never forget you or your smiling bubbly character. I want to specially thank the General Manager Mr.Ravindra for his exceptional service to all the guests @ Jetwing Blue. He was always present at the main restaurant during the main meals & was very keen to fulfill the needs of every guest. I personally think the way Mr.Ravindra handle the staff in a very nice way & it reflected on their outstanding service. Thank you Mr.Ravindra for everything! Thank you Jetwing Blue for the memories ❤

We checked in to the hotel on a Sunday, on bed, and breakfast basis in a deluxe room... It was a beautiful room with all modern amenities... On Sunday, since there was a dinner buffet, we went for it... It was a delicious extensive buffet... The breakfast buffet was wonderful and full of varied dishes... both Pools are Amazing and provides great relaxation.. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, with a smile. I will definitely come again to stay in this hotel... great stay indeed...

Checked in very late at night. We were greeted with cool face towels and refreshments. Service was awesome morning, noon and night. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety for all. The pool is something special. Great for kids of all ages.

Jetwing blue was not able to impress us at large! We reserved a suite for our 3rd kid’s birthday celebration in February. Jetwing blue will need some renovation in the room and I’m not sure why the commode was opening to verandah without any privacy. Jacuzzi was okay but had to call the maintenance team to fix some water issue. There was a blinder in the room and it fell off. They served us a cake and fruits were there when we checked in which we felt nice. Hotel was too busy with foreigners and may because of that they lacked the quality and Sri Lankan authentic hospitality. Their pool was fantastic though. Very spacious. Food was average cuz I was expecting something special. Spread was okay but could have had more proteins being a hotel in Negambo. Reception was little fussy about check out time but I think that’s because of the rush. Overall, I would rate my experience as average but Jetwing as a group hotel is definitely a well renown chain of hotels. Can be recommended based on that.

The hotel is nice but way overpriced. The hotel grounds are lovely and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The room was nice years ago but needs a lot of upgrades. It’s a bit dirty, the curtains were broken and the AC was freezing (had to finally turn it off cause I couldn’t get it warmer). I don’t feel it’s priced accurately as I’ve stayed in much cheaper and nicer. But overall it’s ok and I’d stay again albeit at a cheaper rate per night.

Beautiful broad beach flows seamlessly into the lawns snd indoor space. The rooms are well appointed and of a reasonable size. Bathrooms function well are clean and well stocked with bathroom products. If something is missing the staff are quick to replace it. The buffet is a bit repetitive but the set menu and al la Carte is great. Possibly misses a fine dining restaurant. There are lots of beautiful pools to choose from as guest can choose from adjoining jet wing properties. The gym is a littke dark and dingy and there are no activities such as yoga and pilates which is a piry. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help you. Only downside is the boat tour for 18,000 in the polluted local river in a filthy kerosene boat run by the local scam artist. Avoid! We saw a few birds and water lizards whike suffering in the funes. All in all great property and people

Kind and friendly staff. The food was good too and quite a varity. Thank you Jetwing Blue for the lovely memirable stay we wil definitely visit again. The beach was very clean as well. We went with kids and it was very safe and lots of space for the kids to play.
