Excellent hotel with great service. Tastefully decorated, room and bath are very modern and comfortable.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Ni siquiera de 4. El trato del manager inaceptable. Trataron de darnos una habitación peor que la pagada. Solo con la intervención de Trip nos lo arreglaron . Se rompió un adorno barato (ver foto) que tenían en la mesilla de noche y me hicieron pagarlo (20€). El Hotel es inaccesible para las personas con movilidad reducida: 14 escalones hasta que llegas al ascensor. La comida de baja calidad. Huevos revueltos fríos y apenas fruta. El spa carísimo y no incluido en el hotel. También inaccesible: 12 escalones. No hay espacios comunes para estar fuera de la habitación. Apenas un par de sofás en la entrada y en un pasillo.

The service in the hotel was quite poor. The night we arrived the bar and restaurant were both closed, this was very disappointing as we had planned to stay in the hotel that evening as we had been travelling for the day. It turned out that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and there was no food available until 19:00 each day, meaning that when we wanted to avail of the pool and terrace we had to leave to get lunch. The terrace had chairs and couches but no sun loungers. There was a middle aged man in a suit working there each evening, I believe his name was Antonio. He was very unpleasant. Our room was only cleaned after our first night. The following day our bins were emptied but the room was not cleaned. We received a turn down service on only one night and for some reason our dirty towels were refolded rather than replaced (we knew this as one of them had a tear in it). Our sheets were not changed even though there is a notice in the room saying that they would be changed after our third night. Also the hairdryer in the room was extremely poor. Breakfast served in the morning offered pastries, yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese and a small hot food offering. There were additional items such as fried/poached eggs that you could order for an extra charge. The rooftop terrace was a sun trap with a large pool and towels available.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful room and the service was great. We got a free bottle of prosecco for booking direct. I would definitely stay again. Also it's not to close to the main town so it's not loud or busy. We were given a breakfast basket in the morning as we did not have time for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel just around the corner from Diego Maradona stadium and 2 minute walk to train station. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The staff (especially Anna) could not have been more helpful and friendly during our 2 night stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. It is located a few blocks away from the Diego Maradona stadium, so it is ideal if you are attending a match. We did so, and it was so comfortable to just walk outside the stadioum and be in the comfort of your room in 5 minutes. Although it is not in the city center, it is in a calm and nice area, away from the intense hustle and bustle, which we found very important. There are several buses and train/metro nearby, so you can easily reach the city center in about 20 mins.

It is a hidden gem in the City away from the hustle and bustle of the noise. It is a lovely building with an excellent fast food low budget restaurant next door and a supermarket down the next square. I do believe that there are many things that need improvement such as the rooms have no temperature control, Having an espresso machine is a nice touch but no espresso, room slippers is a must in a spa hotel. Breakfast was very good and dinner was wonderful. Reception staff were very helpful with local area advise. Generally this is a very good hotel and i would defiantly visit again.

We are just home from a 3 night stay in the Napoli Palace and Spa. The hotel is stunning, well located, outwith the busy city centre but less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and close by the football stadium. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and were always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was a generous size and the free upgrade for booking directly on the hotel website was a very welcome touch. The bathroom was stunning and spacious with a rainfall shower. There was a balcony and the window was equipped with an electric shade which was a nice touch. We could not figure out how to work the air conditioning and as a couple from Scotland this meant it was stifling in the room (Yes even in February) We booked the Wellness package which included a "half board" dining plan and SPA access - the reason this review is only 3 stars. Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board, it is bed and breakfast with dinner 1 night of your stay - this is not made clear on the website, booking confirmation or on arrival at the hotel. The restaurant was always quiet (one or two tables in dining during our stay) so I cannot fathom a reason why they cannot include a proper half board option. The dishes served a la carte in the restaurant were pretentious and overpriced, it would be much busier if they served a simple Napoli style pizza/pasta menu at reasonable prices (The pizza restaurant next door was always busy and served delicious food). It is sad to read the reviews of a hotel with restaurant all comment on the food a neighbouring establishment. Breakfast was nice but a limited selection. SPA access - the spa is small but lovely and convenient, however, the SPA access included with your upgraded package is 1 x 60 minute session per person throughout your entire stay, not unlimited as you might expect. Additional time in the SPA can be purchased at 35 Euros Per person for 60 minutes use. They also offer beauty treatments which I can't comment on as I didn't partake. Overall we had a lovely experience here, the one thing that would have improved it tremendously was better clarity regarding the half-board and spa entry.

An excellent hotel. Very welcoming staff everywhere but particularly Antonio in the roof top bar and later in the downstairs bar. Beautiful decor, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, useful balcony. Very good bathrooms, and facilities in the room. Very good AC, most welcome since it was a hot weekend. Everything was well thought through and very efficient. The best part of the hotel is the lovely roof top bar. It was very popular and included a pool, not heated but not too cool. The only pity was that the rooftop bar closed at 7.00pm. Imagine the views at night would be awesome, in the day you can see the edges of the caldera that the area is located in. Very close to trains at Piazza Leopardi which has regular trains not only to Naples centre but also direct to Pompei. Literally walk out of the hotel, slight left, cross the road and you can see the station just down the cross street. The machines did not like UK credit cards but easy to pay cash since tickets were about three euros each! Otherwise best bet is a taxi and reception called many for us. We enjoyed breakfast everyday, there was an excellent range and again very helpful staff. The pizza bar next door is handy if you arrive late, but they are not very keen on tourists! Naples is a hectic city and the driving is beyond scary! We enjoyed trips to Pompei and Capri - a must on any visit. If I went to Naples again I would look no further and definitely go back to this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious in every way. The staff took care of us calling taxis etc. Decor, black and white with a bunch of beautiful fixtures and spa. Does it get better? Our room was gorgeous. There was an electric shade that completely blocked out all light, so we overslept. Word to the wise--set an alarm. It's tucked away from central Naples but right near the football stadium.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed there for 4 nights in September. The rooms are large, with good air conditioning, have a mini bar, coffee maker and telephone - which helped us to communicate between the rooms. The bed is big but the pillows are very hard. Nice bathroom but very poor toiletries, we ran out of soap for the last 2 days and no more was provided. There is an underground parking, but it costs 30 Euros per night. There are parking spaces around the hotel, so there is no need to use them. This is how we proceeded, and we had no problems. The hotel has a rooftop bar and pool, but the water was very cold. The breakfast is poor for 5 stars and the service very slow, several times we had to wait for the plates to be refilled (especially for the omelette) we also waited a very long time for coffee which actually was awful. A bad coffee is absolutely unforgivable in Italy, even more so in a 5-star hotel. Sweets from the store, of poor quality, nothing homemade. Access to the SPA wellness centre is not free, it costs an additional 35 euros per person The location is far from the city centre and the metro station is closed for renovations, so you have to use other transport options. There is a train station that can be used during the day to get to the city centre, but it closes at 10pm so it's inconvenient for going out in the evening.
