I had a wonderful vacation with my family, even at high season the hotel was comfortable and not crowded at the restaurant and facilities. Had a nice welcoming thanks to Mr Shady the duty manager and Ms Mariam at the reception. The Gym was nice, thank to Coach Mohamed. The food quality was wonderful.

A wonderful start of stay at Movenpick resort : perfect weather, large, comfortable & clean room, a smiling crew, amazing fresh food, many bars and restaurants. Special mention to Karim and his art of towel works that give us the smile every day (room 4046)

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel, and the check-in process was smooth. As a nice extra, we even received an upgrade within the same room category, but with a better view. However, the room had twin beds instead of a king-size bed. When we inquired about a king-size room, we were initially told none were available, but we were promised a new room the next day. The next morning, we checked again and were informed that the new room would be ready by 5 PM. When we followed up at 5 PM, we were given two choices: either a downgrade to a room with a worse view that would be ready in 90 minutes, or a room in the same category with the same view, but only available the next day. Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred on our last day. In the morning, we asked about a late check-out and were told that no guests were expected in our room. We were offered a late check-out until 8 PM for $40, including a lunch voucher, which was a good fit since our airport transfer was at 11 PM. We were asked to confirm this at the reception at 11:30 AM. When we arrived at 11:30 AM, the staff seemed aware of the arrangement. They again confirmed the $40 fee, informed us that our wristbands would be removed at 12 PM, and even brought the payment terminal. Then suddenly, we were told that a late check-out was no longer possible because the hotel was fully booked. Of course, there is no entitlement to a late check-out, but having multiple staff members provide completely contradictory information left a sour taste on an otherwise pleasant stay. We received the lunch vouchers as promised, but when we asked if we could switch them for dinner vouchers, we were told this was not possible. A bit of flexibility and goodwill would have been expected from a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to Martinos, Nuran, and Abdallah at the reception, who were helpful overall. However, the internal miscommunication caused an inconvenience that could have been avoided. Additionally, our pleasant stay was made even better by the efforts of Amr, the security guard, room boys Ahmed and Hisham, as well as lifeguard Zayed. Their kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience.

Very spacious and clean accommodation. The room is really really big and the staff are all friendly. Abdallah's service was especially great. I had a hard time making restaurant reservations because of the tour, but he said he could help me and asked me to tell him which restaurant I wanted in advance. He also explained various facilities of the hotel. That's why I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is very good, the service is amazing, everyone is very nice, the hospitality is at a high level, made one friend, Ali Mustafa, a very nice and friendly guy from the personal, the rooms are large and clean, the food is great, the drinks are tasty, for everyone, hard alcoholic, low alcoholic, non alcoholic, suits everyone, the beach is large and quiet, the atmosphere is great!!!

The hotel in Egypt was outstanding—luxurious rooms, delicious food, and top-tier service. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Almo stood out with his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended! I will go back here for the next season

My stay at Movenpick was exceptional. The staff was warm and attentive, especially Ali Mustafa , which was one of the best people here. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The dining options were fantastic, especially the delicious breakfast buffet. Top-notch amenities, including a pristine pool and well-equipped gym, made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

best hotel in soma bay and great service with great food and drinks and they have beautiful animation team and me and my friends we having so much fun with them and they are so friendly and like us to enjoy their activities and the restaurants are very good and clean.

The room was so clean and luxurious with an amazing sea & pool view. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pools were heated, there was multiple dining options with high server quality. Our stay was cheerful and nice .. Specially with the help of Mr. Mina, reception manager, who made it even more better. Highly recommended for a nice and happy vacation.
