Queens Inn

The worst hotel I ever stayed. They don't even have proper kitchen and restaurant menu. The staffs are not adequate..room cleaning boy is serving food in restaurant and breakfast is not at all good. Better have food outside with less rate.The rooms are not even clean. Rest rooms are not clean. Not even value for money. Never recommended it for any of them. They need to improve the hospitality

Queens Inn is Best Hotel in velankanni.... Room space are very huge and Park space huge / Swimming pool maintaining is good / Loving it...

Hotel was good, but when we booked they confirmed gst invoice will give after that their not giving gst invoice, by way of behaving is worst.

The stay was great, neat rooms, great hospitality. It wasn't too crowded which was actually a blessing. Food options, though limited were of good quality.

The staff is very uncooperative. We arrived early and rooms were available still they said they will take early check-in charges as 500 per head. I said ok go ahead give one room early check-in charges, then they said, no both rooms will be charged, if you don't want another room, you can roam around and wait 3 hours before you can go inside. We said we can wait in one room till checkin time, he said no not possible. He said if you had booked, we would have taken 24 hours checkin checkout timings, but since you booked, early check-in charges would be applicable. When we entered the room, there were no basic amenities in the room like water, dental lit toiletries etc. Have to call and remind them several times to give those. They would have charged for even that if possible. They want to overcharge for everything possible, says it's weekend so we will charge. Later in the evening when we went for dinner, the experience was also not good. The restaurant doesn't keep a tissue paper on table, when reminded multiple times the person there responded very rudely as if we are his slaves and he is offering food for free to us. It took him 20 mins to bring food and then again we had to wait several minutes for him to bring cutlery. Not even basic items are available. The chapati they brought was raw. Asked him to replace and yet again he brought the same raw chapatis, we order gravy item, he brings dry item. In short we had to sleep hungry. Overall the hotel does not know that they are working in service industry and hospitality is something which should be their top priority. Name is queen's inn but it treats their guest like slaves

I was very bad and worst experience, hygiene wise not at all good, the room is full of dust and pillow is overused and we found fungus on the pillow, no cleaners turned up to the room till our stay

When i was booked hotel room i saw its 3 star hotel and i have booked room with complimentary breakfast but breakfast was very bad and room space is good but i got dust allergy and corridors when we come out from room corridors was bad smell, we were trying to order dinner at 9. 30 pm by that time itself restaurant was closed, per day we spent per room but it's not value for money and not worth. The room services was not good and there is no hygiene in rest rooms after several times of request the staff cleaned the rooms

Restaurant ambience is not good. No choice of food. 3 variety brakefast in the morning. Very limited staff in the restaurant. Bathroom is not very clean.
