It was a good experience. They have a big space. Towels not provided. But from night 10 to morning 10 free cold drink, tea, coffee, water and hot water provided.

It’s okay. Good value for money. Close to the station. The female dorm have too many people so I didn’t get to sleep well at night.

Great place to stay! Perfect location and convenient to have food and very near to the station. The bunk bed is also comfortable and perfect for solo travelers. Friendly for ladies too with ladies-only shower room in dormitory.

Good location, could be cleaner around the bed area. Not a lot of space in the lounge. Many people on Thursday nights and week end. Very pleasing the free drinks after 10pm and before 10am

The location of hotel is good. It's a good concept for cafe + hotel. The hotel room is just ok/small size. It's a dorm type. The earliest check in is 4pm as that's when the staff will be around as the staff also managing the cafe too which open only in the evening.

It was a short distance from the station. The amenities need to be bought at the hotel which was quite a shocking to me as this was the first hotel that you need to spend money on basic amenities. Other than that it’s all good.

Dorm was a bit warm and some other guests were inconsiderate and loud (not the hostel's fault). Great food in the café.

It’s a hostel. We have to pay for the towels Good mattress but my blanket came without covers on. So that’s not good housekeeping. The bathing - water spray good strength with shampoo conditioner and body wash. There is laundromat. Dust at the corner of the rooms The aircon heat only covers the top but couldn’t get to the whole room cos the beds blocked the air ventilation. Hence cold sleeping at the lower bunks Very very very tight space. It’s walking distance from station. 10 mins Surrounded by eateries We got this cos wanted a budget stay with resting space for 4 people. So it fits my checklist nevertheless.

Very good location close to the train station. Ships and restaurants are all very close. Beds were ok, shower too.

Managed to check in earlier than appointed time. Dorms including washroom & shower areas are clean, comfy mattresses. 5mins walk to Nagano train station. Next to the accomodation is a 24hr supermarket.

So far good for solo travelers

Stopped here during my 14 days JR pass travel and originally only reserved one night as I was trying to max out my pass. But I needed a longer rest and this relaxing hostel was ideal. Short walk from train station and Zenkoji Temple as it’s perfectly situated downtown. Downstairs has a cafe which you can freely use the drink bar and seating after hours was a nice plus! I slept like a dream in the capsule style bunks too. Highly recommended. Made some nice friends here too 🙂

This is great guesthouses for travelers in Nagano city.

Great hostel! The female dormitory was huge but each bed cubicle was closed off and the showers were separated into individual rooms so there was a sense of privacy. Everything was super clean. Would come back!
