Below expectations. This is supposed to be great stay as Fourpoints by Sheraton itself is a huge brand. Staff are not able to properly provide key card accessible to room. Had to request so many times and only able to provide the next morning. Pillow is tooo soft. Pool view is not as what was posted on the app bookong.

Beautiful Service , Excellent Hospitality , Got a free upgrade in room type. Front Desk(Forgot the name) was very efficient and professional while Check in. All in All wonderful stay! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

Overall the room was very fantastic but only the nitpicking thing is that the bathroom was not very spacious.

ベッドのシーツが交換はされているが、シミが沢山残っていた。部屋の湿度が高いため、ベッドのシーツや枕について、よくホテルで感じられるサラサラの肌触り、清潔感が感じられなかった。枕のカバーは交換されているが、枕本体を見るとかなりのシミがついており、不快だった。 全体的に設備の整備、交換や清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。清潔感が平均レベルにいっていない気がします。 従業員やスタッフの関係や仕組みが影響しているのであれば、国際的な標準レベルに到達できるように改善が早急に必要です。 朝食については満足しております。これだけが救いです。 アクセスはチェンナイ市内中心部や空港からは離れているため、Uber等を利用しての行き来が必要となります。メトロが工事中です。メトロが開通することで、アクセスはかなり改善されると考えます。

Horrible experience at Four Points by Sheraton. Their claim of being a 4 star hotel is a farce. I have never stayed at a worst Marriott hotel ever (I am a platinum member and have frequently stayed at other Marriott hotels in last 8 years). This stay is a case study in how a hotel stay could go so wrong - broken toilet seat, dirty bathroom and room and torn bed sheet (not for me but by colleague). Coffee machine at breakfast was out of order and so many of the options at the breakfast were unavailable. Please avoid at all cost!

Very amazing hotel , arup maitey is very nice , works very efficiently although my experience so far was very good , staff is veryy nice and exceptional service. Keep doing good. My stay was very pleasant everything was on time , just put more amenities in the washroom like facetissues , room freshner etc.

Excellent rooms and service . Oghir was professional and regularly visited to check if we needed anything. Good food and worth the price. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Room service and housekeeping were up to mark Will visit again. Thank you

Very good house keeping services provided by Ogbir Shaikh. Room was hygienic, freshers gave a warm welcome and the extra bed was beautifully setup. The snacks and tea bags were of current dates. Expecting the hotel management to keep up the good work.

Buffet breakfast was good, pancakes were awesome, hospitality in eatery was nice especially Sameer SK was very kind and helpful. It would have been better if the icecreams were also included in buffet. Overall it was pleasant experience.

Best service provided by Samir sir . He was completely with me during my breakfast and provided fast service . Room was excellent . No doubt the response provided by Srishti Mam was too good. She was very polite and helped me , also gave the best assurance of upgrading my room . Thank you so much Shristi Mam and Samir sir for the excellent service . Customers feel happy and prefer for a comfortable stay with such services provided by you people.

The stay was really good and the food was great. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate us. Some staff like Arup from housekeeping, Debashish Bakshi and Abhiram from the restaurant were really hospitable and they made our stay very comfortable. Kudos to them for being so dedicated and making sure that the guests are comfortable.
