Vị trí khôn ngoan là đỉnh phố Jonker gần đó, dịch vụ thực sự tốt và chu đáo, đặc biệt là bữa sáng, đó là món gọi món và ngon miệng. Khách sạn được trang trí đẹp mắt theo phong cách babanyonya. Phòng hơi cũ, tivi cũ, không có ổ cắm cạnh giường, máy sấy tóc nhỏ, tay nắm cửa không nhạy. Với mức giá mà chúng tôi đã trả, chúng tôi có thể có được chất lượng cơ sở vật chất tốt hơn, phòng tập thể dục và hồ bơi hẹp. Tuy nhiên, TQ đối với mọi người trong khách sạn họ rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

It was great!!! Such a u unique hotel! Everyone is so lovely and friendly. But I do think the breakfast service was a little slow mainly due to lack of staff I think. Hotel room was just phenomenal!!! So beautiful! Majestic indeed! The air conditioning is a little weak for my liking but all in all it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in malacca.

Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

The staffs are super friendly and nice, they are beyond!! The room is clean and good space and well decorated as a classy style. Breakfast was the best! there are many choices of menu and great dishes. If you go have to vacation in Melaka, i would recommend this hotel! It 10/10

Every element seemed thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely loved my time at The Majestic Malacca and would not hesitate to return. This hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice whenever I visit Malacca again! Thank you so much for looking after us during our stay!!

Fantastic front of house service. Breakfast was excellent. Although newly renovated, parts of the room is showing signs of age and may need some upgrades in the near future. Overall, will definitely be back again if I am in Malacca.

### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort. The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city. The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety. Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.

Had an incredible experience at this hotel! Our room was wonderfully spacious, perfect for our family's needs. What really stood out was their exceptional service. I mentioned my son's 2nd birthday and asked for simple decorations - they went above and beyond! The staff surprised us with beautiful decor and a special cake that made our little boy so happy. I was truly impressed by their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel's effort to make our celebration special showed their commitment to creating memorable stays for guests. Very clean and the design was full of “nanyang” elements and vibes. Good services. 15mins walk to jonker street. Just that the bathroom wrecked stayed had some problems (drainage system not working). Overall it was really comfortable.

Wonderful experience in a nostalgic hotel with rich history. Great location too. Staff are professional and friendly. Definitely THE place to stay in Malacca
