Super location & very good for the value. I love this hotel.

Very good location, with the beach almost at your doorstep! Great room with a balcony. An easy 10 min walk to the pier where the ferries depart for Cap Ferret. Restaurants all around. About 10mins walk from the SNCF train station. Manageable for those rolling luggage as the pavement along the way is mostly paved and flat.

Very nice place! Clean, cozy, good service, perfect location (station and the sea) 👍

Bom hotel de praia.

We had a brilliant stay as a family at Hotel B D’Arcachon. We had booked a family room and it was even better than we expected-on the 5th floor, so we had a terrace, a separate living room with bed settee and then the main bedroom. It even had a fantastic coffee machine. The location of the hotel is super-close to the beach, close to lots of good restaurants, and near the Jetee Thiers. We had booked a space in the underground car park-you need to collect a fob from reception to access it, but can then access the hotel from there. We accidentally timed our stay to coincide with the Fete de la Mer, so Arcachon was busy while we there, but the hotel was like an oasis of calm. We will be back!

3 nights in a prime location in Arcachon, staff excellent, as was the breakfast. Family room small (107) overlooking the front but no street noise, and didn’t spend much time inside. Would have liked a balcony to have the option to have breakfast in the room but no biggie. Overall it was an amazing trip and stay here when visiting Arcachon.

Great small hotel directly on the beach, everything in walking distance………..The rooms are good, little bit expensive but again, so close to the beach it’s fine. Breakfast and service both good. We will come again if in the area of Arcachon.

This is a modern but classical beach hotel. It is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but how can such a hotel have beds shorter than 2,00m? I had to sleep with my feet outside the bed so I am happy I only stayed for one night. In general a rather bad value for money but the indoor parking was OK.

We love this hotel for the amazing location, great facilities, lovely staff - and it also has a secure and very convenient carpark (important to us when travelling)

Our first trip to Arcachon was simply amazing, due in large part to our experience at the Hotel Le B D'arcachon. The quality of services from check-in to check-out (and all points in between) was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The location gave great coastal/beach views, and was located to lots of shops and restaurants. We look forward to returning (hopefully in 2025) and will stay here again. It comes highly recommended.

Very nice location close to the beach. Worth booking a room with a view (we had a small balcony on the 4th floor with a side view to the basin.) Modern facilities, great beds, very attentive staff. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit, excellent yoghurt, … even for international standards given that the French usually don’t pay that much attention to breakfast. Parking in the underground car park cost 17€ but is well worth it. Some good restaurants very close, but Arcachon has more to offer than just the beach front restaurants. If we return to the region, we know where to stay.

Heard from several friends to stay here and location wonderful. Breakfast staff excellent as was breakfast. Hard working cleaning staff.

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location next to the top end of the beach and close to the pier where the boats leave on various trips, including the lovely Cap Ferret. We stayed in a family room which was a decent size. No balcony with this room. The single bed for our son was a sofa bed - it was very narrow and extremely uncomfortable. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is parking on site at a fee of 17 euro a night. There was mould on the shower heads and there was mould around the air-conditioning unit. We only received two sets of towels even though there were 3 of us. We also only received 2 glasses. On our second day we received new glasses but they were extremely dirty with grease and lip stains. I went to reception to get new ones and was advised that the glasses were dirty because of water marks from the dishwasher. If that's how clean your glasses come out of the dishwasher then time to buy a new machine. It was clear we were given dirty glasses by mistake. The air-conditioning unit was useless - I would definitely not recommend staying here in summer. The room was too warm in April - it would be like a greenhouse in summer. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety and of good quality. When food ran out it was quickly replaced. A warm option for vegetarians would have been appreciated but the fruit was fresh and delicious. Although we enjoyed our stay we wouldn't stay here again. We fet it was overpriced for what was on offer in comparison to other 4 star hotels that we have stayed at recently. I'm not sure why it has 4 stars - maybe the location?
