Our favorite place to be, we always come back to sol Cayo Coco ❤️ we've celebrated our anniversary here three times we love the staff we love the bartenders we love the maids we love the entertainers we love the mini club for kids our son loves it, our room is always spotless the beds are extremely comfortable and the food is decent especially the returning guest lunch that they throw every week, the ala carte is a special we will be back in December we can't wait thank you so much to everybody at sol Cayo Coco ❤️ from pichi and Kimberly ❤️❤️

I had a great stay at Sol Cayo Coco. The service was efficient, fast, and well organized. The staff were friendly, smiling, and always helpful. I noticed that even supervisors and managers were actively involved, often checking in with guests to make sure everything was going well. The rooms were simple but always very clean, with excellent housekeeping. The food was fresh, well prepared, and there was always plenty of choice at the buffet. The evening shows were fun, energetic, and well put together. The overall vibe of the hotel was very pleasant — calm during the day and lively in the evening, but never too much.

Sol Cayo Coco is a charming hotel where everything feels thoughtfully arranged. Service ran smoothly, and all staff were very caring and welcoming. I especially appreciated the presence of some hotel managers, always ready to answer questions or fix small issues quickly and professionally. The rooms and common areas were spotless and cleaned regularly. The food was high quality, with a nice variety of local dishes and international options. Evening shows were a great bonus, with music, dancing, and a fun, festive atmosphere. The general vibe was peaceful during the day and more lively in the evening — the perfect balance.

I spent a wonderful week at Sol Cayo Coco. Everything was well organized — quick check-in, smooth service, and staff always available. The entire team was smiling and attentive, and I especially appreciated the kindness of the managers who were visible around the hotel, taking time to greet guests and ensure everything was going well. The rooms were clean and well maintained every day. As for the food, the buffet was varied and the dishes were tasty, especially the grilled meats and tropical fruits. The evening shows were lively, well prepared, and professional. The overall atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and perfect for unwinding.

No food don’t come please no food There is no food, no French fries. We are here with children, and this is very disrespectful.”

Just spent 1 week, which was not long enough. Great place to relax and let the sea was away your stress. The staff is outstanding.

Iv visited this hotel server al times over the years (since 2005) this hotel has changed a lot! The location and beach are amazing! However, this hotel is for Cubans not for the tourists! We are the only English here I speak Spanish and have family in Cuba but we can not drink the water and the food they are serving I’m surprised the Cubans are eating it! It is def NOT 4 ⭐️ it never really was but this time I would not give it more than 2⭐️ most of the staff are mostly grumpy and seemed pissed off all the time 🫣 the shower is drips of water, dirty, bugs in the canteen dead flys on the table. Do not drink the water! I def would not recommend or return to this hotel. We are checking out two days early after one night that’s more than enough 🥲 The bell boy has been at the hotel for years he is helpful and friendly 🤩

This hotel is wonderful, the best experience, from the moment you arrive to check-in they are friendly and always want to help you, the room is always clean, and a beautiful view, all the staff is wonderful, Rogelio the head entertainer is a charming person, always cheerful and friendly, the best, I can't wait to return again.

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Sol Cayo Coco! The room was updated, with comfy beds, and very clean. The maid service was outstanding, with clean sheets and towels, often. We were in room 2310. The next time we go, we will ask for a room further away from the pool, as we did find it somewhat noisy. The customer relations staff decorated our room with flowers and a bottle of red wine for our 50th Anniversary. Thank you so very much. We just love Cuba! The staff were friendly and very accomodating! Blanca and Alberto in the lobby bar were wonderful! Baby gives wonderful massages! Make sure you get your massage while you're there! The food was good, with wonderful soup every lunch and supper! The omeletes were always great! Food was hot and plentiful. We did not have hydro for about an hour on one day, and we did not have water in the room for a shower for about 2 hours. Both issues were quickly resolved. There was always wine, rum and coffee. The beaches were great, as well as the pools! There were plenty of chairs, and enough shade. We will be back!

just got back..had a great time..the room was good..lil tip if the slider is a lil hard nothing a lil sun tan oil did the trick..Melissa...you and Henry are the best thank you.all the bar staff are great..and take it from us..we know lol...we did not loose any weight...food is plentiful....every body that works there...cheers to you all....see you next year!!!oh one tip i will leave you with is to put a bank back in the lobby...big proplems when you are running short on cash...no money no tips no trips to the store...we will be back...thank you all again....mark and wendy xoxoxox

Friendly Staff, good food, lovely beach, great drinks, enjoyable music! We had a wonderful time with family and hope to be be back next year.
