酒店位於市中心，公交車和電車搭乘方便。一個不方便的地方是，酒店前台接待時間是13點到19點，需要注意下！晚到的話，酒店會發郵件説密碼，他們會把鑰匙放到門口的小信箱裏，自己輸入密碼取鑰匙，晚到無人接待。

地理位置優越。沒有電梯，非常不方便。

衞生條件還行，房間比較小，無電梯。

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and sunny, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is close to the town center (e.g., a 10-min walk to Beethoven Haus) and the Rhine promenade. Although noise was not a problem, the windows were soundproof. Breakfast was available for a minimal extra charge, but we did not try it. Dinner is also available in an adjacent restaurant. The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which could be a deal breaker for some guests. It was not a problem for us even though our room was on the third floor (we had 1 small suitcase each).
