For 1 night okay, to catch the plane next morning. Shuttle service to the hotel was good. Back to airport I took an Uber as in the late morning it operates only every hour :/ The hotel is parallel to a highway and the runway. Very loud. Not really soundproof windows.

Great location near the Airport. They offer a free courtesy bus to and from the Airport. Downside we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the bus from airport to hotel seeing many other buses from hotels pass by 2 or 3 times before ours turned up.

The hotel offered all that I needed and more than expected. Will definitely use it again.

Booked and prepaid for a room with two queen beds after we missed our connecting flight. We were given a room with one king bed and a full side sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress is very thin and doesn’t accommodate our two 6ft tall children very well. Sofa bed was unmade with no sheets in the room or blankets. The king size beds sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest in the room.

Fire alarm went off a couple times as we were trying to go to sleep. A/c unit cycles on and off loudly - suggest you enable fan to run continuously when room is occupied. The noise woke us throughout the night. All that being said- the property is very well maintained and the layout of the room was great.

The hotel is clean and in such a great location if you need to be by the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 6th floor is great and you can sit on the rooftop and watch planes take off. The room was clean but the layout is kinda weird. But it was comfortable and a good place to rest for the night.

Do not trust the airport shuttle schedule it took forever to show up and very limited info from the front desk. felt a little weird to enter the room through the restroom but you get used to. Shower door does not seal well and water spreaded all over the bathroom which took me extra time to clean

I was not planning on staying overnight in Miami, but my night and morning at this hotel were the easiest and most comfortable part of my trip. After a bad immigration process experience, missing my connecting flight, it was almost midnight and I needed a place to stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff were kind and efficient. I cant recommend them enough

Really overpriced for a hotel that offers nothing, I mean there is no iron in the room, even a cheap motel has an iron

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel for a stay based on my recent experience. The staff exhibited rudeness and a lack of pleasantness, particularly following our embarkation off a cruise. Despite arriving at the hotel at 11AM, we were informed that no rooms would be available until after 4pm, although we observed another couple being promptly checked into a room. After enduring multiple hours of waiting, we inquired again about room availability, only to be informed that early check-in was possible for a fee of $50. It's baffling why this information wasn't disclosed initially instead of falsely claiming that rooms were unavailable. Furthermore, if you're relying on the airport shuttle, be aware that it doesn't commence operations until after 6AM. Consequently, I had to resort to using a Lyft service. Although my travel companion, whose flight departure was later than mine, utilized the shuttle, it proved to be a frustrating experience. The driver seemed disoriented, dropping passengers off at ARRIVAL and baggage claim areas rather than their designated departure. terminals. Given the size International Airport, this resulted in delays as passengers attempted to navigate their way to their correct terminals. Overall, I would advise against staying at this hotel if you value efficient and courteous service.

The accommodations weren’t available for the time I came in such as the airport shuttle or the cruise shuttle.

Due to the close proximity to the airport,the sound of jets taking off and landing was a drawback.
