Overnight stay only when visiting temple. Very nice room with everything we needed. Good room service and brilliant staff. Wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly stay again if in the area.

I cannot speak more highly of this place, it is truly wonderful. The staff all over the resort are friendly and warm, and the facilities are kept in great condition. The pool, the rooms and the garden are a peaceful escape of the bustling Madurai. A special thanks to Seetharaman at the Banyan restaurant for his great service. The massage therapist was also really good. I really recommend all to stay here, even if Madurai itself is not on your itinerary.

Heritage Madurai lives up to its name, effortlessly blending modern elegance with a captivating historical ambiance. The lobby area exuded a peaceful old world charm and a delightful touch was witnessing a garland maker weaving fragrant flower garlands for the welcome of hotel guests. During my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the opulence of the 'Luxury Plunge Pool Villa'. The spacious room boasted tasteful wooden furnishings, complemented by a generously sized bathroom. However, the true highlight was undoubtedly the expansive plunge pool, offering a serene oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Throughout the property, there are maintained green oases, accentuated by majestic banyan trees that added a touch of natural splendor. While I only had breakfast during my visit, it was regrettably the least impressive aspect of my stay. The restaurant space felt cramped, struggling to accommodate all guests adequately. Furthermore, the state of the chairs left much to be desired, they were really dirty! :/

As the name suggests, this hotel exhibits the heritage of Madurai. Our stay was made wonderful by Mr. Prabhu and Mr. Vignesh, we got instant euphoria as soon as we entered our room. Staffs here go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Loved it.

Was expecting more from this place but found it average. Housekeeping was below par, we did not have refills of toilet paper or water in the room on several days, toilets & towelswere old and stained . The restaurant was a better experience, Monica and Bhagyaraj made us feel welcomed and took care of our needs. Overall this place could do better at guest needs in the room. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Short stay in Heritage resort, Madurai is memorable one. Food varieties are excellent Chef Sasikumar has international experience worked in Gulf, Maldives and other places. Staff are very courageous Divya Sri, Pandian, and other members. I recommend this hotel for wonderful and relaxed stay.

This hotel was a mixed bag, lush trees and colonial style buildings, our room was huge but needed some TLC, the towels needed replacing desperately, the chairs in the restaurant need some attention, breakfast was ok not so much choice, just one juice, really nice staff though. The pool towels again needed replacing and someone really should enforce the rules about bathing fully clothed as it’s not hygienic. Wasn’t too bad but would be great with a few things sorting.

Heritage Madurai is an oasis of green and calm in a bustling city. lovely spacious rooms with a attached pool that was very well maintained. A front desk that was really helpful and attentive to your needs, travel desk manned by Kandan that organised a very special Meenakshi temple visit (ask for guide Venkatesh) that was personalised. At the restaurant we had lovely buffet breakfast a smiling rema and a energetic kid Jothi who would never stop helping. we loved our stay and will recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely amazing food, ambience and great service. Extremely courteous staff and very accommodative as compared to the services in 2022. Enjoyed the stay every bit. Thank you all and will certainly be back soon in December and highly recommend this.
