Great customer service

位置不尷不尬，離海灘走過去稍遠了一點，開車又沒幾分鐘。因為代客泊車，開車出去小費要付的😉。停車要另外付費。圖片中酒店的游泳池，照片拍出來都好看，實際上很少人用。

房間很大，前台很帥。

Super breakfast- neat, clean and plentiful. Great service in presenttion and keeping the breakfast items fresh. The valet parkers gave a grat first impression to the htoel.

The rooms were quite spacious and up to date. Parking was convenient even though you had to use valet parking and pay for it. We discovered why as we left. The entrance is down a very steep driveway with a sharp turn into the garage.

Great location and value in the middle of town. Walked to downtown and beach/boardwalk. I don’t usually use valet parking but it is the only option at the hotel and it was quick and easy to access our car.

Such a nice hotel to stay in!! Staff is so kind and very accommodating towards guests. 10/10 would recommend!

The lady said she would comp first night because of dirty nasty room the when left didn’t comp room at all an said I was a liar

I love all the surfboard pictures… this is a great place to stay. We always book here when we visit Santa Cruz

Great friendly staff here for sure. The property seems a bit older than the other 2 that I have stayed in recently. Guess its not as new or not as updated possibly. The bed is very comfortable, the location is good. didn't get a chance to get breakfast as stayed up too late night before so missed that. Had a good time though and nice place to stay.

We had a Wonderful stay here. It was a short visit, the Staff was Amazing, and very convenient location. We will definitely come back.

Rooms were nice. And loved the hot tub. Breakfast was a total flop. Had tons of room for a huge breakfast spread and they had the barest spread.
