Bel Azur Beachfront Suites and Penthouses by Lov

Great place, but no cleaning products or clothes to clean. No light for swimming pool. 90% of things work but not all. Still loved it.

we stayed 10 days in Mauritius and 5 into this place within an amazing villa. great place, quite, easy to move with a rental car compagny near by, supermarket not far, you can take the bus. the villa was really great ; the beach in front is not super nice but the view is great in particular the sunset

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place, it's the booking you need to go for. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Even the pool is a common one but the size is good enough. You have also a superb beach view and sunset. The surrondings is very green and cosy.

Spent a wonderful weekend at Bon Azur. Many thanks to Tirousha for facilitating the booking and for proposing us Apt A3. We totally enjoyed its proximity to the garden and pool. Thanks again. We will surely book again 👍

The problem with this property is each apartment and villa has different owners and so you are dependent on the owner investing in the property. We had villa 2 which is not shown in any of the official photos (only villa 1). Our vill was very tired and not very clean even tough cleaners came everyday. My wife washed the bed linen as there was marks on it. The corners and edges of the room we dirty and dusty. The seemed to only clean what they could see, for example the propped open the bedroom door when cleaning which meant that they never cleaned the back of the door. The owners need to invest some money as the settees and outside seating were all marked and old and as there were a litter of cats that slept on them overnight we didnt fancy sitting on them anyway. We assumed the pool didnt have a filter, and leaves and dirt would blow into it... a pool man cam everyday but we only realised there was a filter when he switched it on the day before leaving! Access to the beach was difficult as the steps didnt reach all the way down so you had to jump which is not ideal if you are physically impaired. This property is not at Trou aux Biches which is 25 mins walk or car/taxi ride away.

Aprés le paiement, l'agence ne vous répond plus, malgré des relances incesssantes sur les les accesoires manquants et sur les dysfonctionnement sciament cachés!!! ( via washapp)... - Aucum accueil à l' arrivée, aucune indication.... ont est rester 1h a l'exterieur en attendant que le gérant daigne venir nous donner des indications futiles. - Personnel qui ne communiquent pas! , qui vous ballade,Gérant fuyant... qui bidouillent.. - Annonce mensongére( pas de TV dans les chambres, pas de fer à repasser). Ménage grossiérement fait!!! - Infiltration plafond humidité chambre, + infiltration terrase, TABLE À MANGER ( IMPOSSIBILITÉ D' UTILISER LA TERRASSE). - Chambres Inutilisable pendant 4 jours!!! Photo à lappuie... - AUCUNE EXSUCE, NI RETOUR DE L'AGENCE BY LOV, nous sommes repartir sans avoir vu aucum menbre de by lov bel azur ! INADMISSIBLE. - Vacances en familles à 4 gâcher au BEL AZUR by lov.... - FORTEMENT DÉCONSEILLER..A FUIR - BY LOV malhonnête!!! Aucum SCRUPULE . nous avions loué la villa, elle est TOP. propreté excellente, cuisine bien. Nous avions demandé de faire les courses pour notre arrivé, ce qui fut le cas. juste que le café acheté ne correspondait pas à la machine. Seul point à revoir, c'est la commande de la barrière, il faudrait avoir 2 clefs pour la villa ainsi que deux commandes de la barrière. sinon rien à redire parfait sur la villa. A revoir le service transfert, le transfert prévu pour le retour est arrivé avec +/- 20 mn de retard et aucune information. dommage

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans notre grand appartement face a l’océan le personnel très agréable, à proximité de tout je recommande

Wir haben über LOV ein Apartment für 3 Wochen im Bel Azur gemietet. Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und die gesamte Anlage ließen keine Wünsche offen . Alles war sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht von der Terasse in der ersten Etage einfach traumhaft. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Sobhuug. Er war immer für uns ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Er hat uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt, Hinweise für Ausflüge gegeben und für uns gekocht.
