The location is good since it's a walking distance to the Rosen Convention Center. Elevator is very old and make a squeaky sound. Swimming pool is very old and needs renovation for the side path. Food was not included in our room so we don't know where they serve bteakfast if ever. Lobby is clean...

cockroach everywhere If you are crazy about cockroaches, then I recommend you to stay! I don’t know how this hotel’s praise "clean and tidy" comes from? Because when I checked in, it was not clean, and cockroaches appeared! There are big cockroaches and small cockroaches! There are cockroaches in the room, outside the room, and in the elevator! It's really scary！I needed to change the bath towels the next day, and then we called 3 times again! No one came to send bath towels. After waiting for a whole day, they didn't send them either! Later, I couldn't stand it and went straight to the front desk to ask the waiter for bath towels! The service here is very lazy (nearly no service at all!) Even the trash has to be thrown out by yourself!

The location is great, cleanliness was good then but the only problem we have because they change the schedule for Disney and Universal park in the middle the week and didn’t tell us about this.

第一次住motel，隔音特別差，晚上睡不好，外面打電話的聲音聽的清清楚楚，早上除草機的聲音跟飛機起飛一樣，簡直崩潰。設施基本什麼都沒有，房間很潮，一瓶水都沒有。唯一的好處是離展館比較近，走路10分鐘，別的一無是處。

很舊的房子，有點美國電影裏汽車旅館的感覺。進房子有股潮味，不知道為啥床鋪特別高，我真的要爬上去。有點後悔，原來想着就住一晚找個離機場近一點的，應該加多點錢找個至少4分評價的

Much better than expected given reviews and ratings. Very convenient location for all conventions in the area. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again on my own, but not quite up to wife's standards.

The TV, microwave and fridge kept short circuiting and they had to bring a new power *****, it was old and needs updating. Toilet had to be flushed 5 times to get toilet paper to go down.

Musty, moldy odor in room , although a clean room. Odor maybe the AC, also bathroom door hook hanging , ready to fall off and toilet flushing poorly, flush a couple times just to keep clean. For what I paid , I thought coffee would be in the lobby when I checked out the following morning I asked and they said if you ask for a coffee pot at check in they will give you one then. I wasn't told that at check in. No Breakfast but no coffee is really cheap of you. However bed was clean and that's the only good thing .I stayed in several hotels while traveling eleven days and this was overpriced for what you got.

Great property for the price. Nice beds / hardwood floors. It’s an older hotel, but it’s in great shape.

i liked how close this was to the convention center. It was a more economical option for the conference i attended.
