Greeting was friendly and professional.  Room was spotless and the bed was sooooo comfortable.  Well worth staying the 2 nights.  Restaurant meal was  well prepped, served hot and delicious.  Server was busy but provided prompt service with a smile.

Loved this hotel! Good location for the airport but far for everything else, but still worth it for the price!

It was a nice stay at the hotel, people are nice, great location, and shuttle between airport and hotel.

The location is close to an outlet mall. So craving for some food is not bad. The parking is free and not crowded. The room given to us was spacious, higher ceilings and most importantly cleaner bath room. IT has coffee maker and bigger comfy beds :). That's a plus point. It wasn't so bad compared to other hotels in downtown. I already suggested this to my friends.

Location is great (about 8 drive to the airport), shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from the hotel. Room was large and relatively clean. The AC wasn’t exactly great, fan runs at all times and can be noisy for some people. Hot water at shower took about 10 minutes to come out when I almost finished my cold shower :( The price was great but I may choose something different in the area for my next overnight layover.

Great location, clean hotel and lots of space in the room. Will come again next time.

Check in, room, restaurant service and food were all exceptional. My only complaint would be that they still use plastic water bottles in the room.

Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport was a really comfortable stay. The location was very close to the airport, so we had a short travel time to the airport which was nice. The room was equipped with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and other items that were helpful to use. The bed was very comfy and we got a really good rest. We would definitely stay here again.

checkin 時約黃昏6pm，人手還足夠，2人在前台，預約機場巴士尚理想，車會稍早到，車程也很快。這方面理想。 房間由於平價而訂了殘障房，衛浴設備是有，尚用肥皂，可能預計為過路者準備，都是小樣的洗頭水和護髮素。 有微波爐，只是燒焦過的，有2瓶200ml水，但找不到煮水壺，因當日胃不適，不能喝涼水，致電前台，等了2小時，再問才說忘記了，幸好也終提供到，雖內有水垢，也能飲用。
