We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel.

I stayed at Novotel Makkah and overall everything was excellent. The only downside is the distance from Masjidil Haram, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it’s important to note that the bus should always be on standby at least 30 minutes before prayer time and depart no later than 20 minutes before the adhan.

Had a great stay in Novotel. I will definitely book a room there next time i’m in Makkah.

Need to improve room service response to guest calls. Also the food in Tower 2 restaurant was not good for value and must be improved.

The rooms are comfortable after a long day. Few of the staff is really good and welcoming. Was shown three bed but was given 2 bed with sofa bed.

The hotel was amazing staying there was really good to experience they provide bus to haram every 30 minutes… the stuffs are very kind and friendly… i recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Makkah 👌

Hotel is fine but service as transportation and service at the desk was dead

I recently stayed here for my first Umrah, and this hotel truly made the experience so much more comfortable. As anyone who has performed Umrah knows, it can really take a toll on your body, and having a place to rest properly is essential to regain the energy to pray in the best manner. This hotel gave me that comfort. The staff were very kind and friendly, always ready to help. The shuttle service to and from Haram every half an hour was a blessing—it made life much easier and saved us from the hassle of dealing with local taxis. Honestly, I’m not someone who enjoys bargaining, and some taxi drivers will charge whatever they can get away with. For example, one driver quoted me 70 riyals to return to my hotel, while the Careem app showed the same trip for only 18 riyals! Thankfully, I avoided being ripped off, but the shuttle service spared me from this stress altogether. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The hotel played a big role in making my first Umrah smooth and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, kindness, and peace of mind during such a blessed journey.

It’s a really good hotel with great amenities and good service. Breakfast was really good and they have shuttle every 30mins.

I like it as it was comfortable with exact amenities u need as a solo traveler and for the family . I would recommend and would also come back again

This hotel is one of the best to stay in Makkah. I love everything about this hotel. It’s totally new and very clean also it has a bus every 30 minutes goes to Haram.

The room is nice, clean and modern..I love the interior very much..Is just the location of the hotel is a little bit off.. there were only a few shops and nothing else. The feeder bus is okay and quite punctual..

Service and room are excellent with the cheapest price but the breakfast is not indonesian food type. Hope in future there will be there indonesian food.
