The Caravel hotel is a small but nicely hotel within the buzzing city of Macau. The staff welcomes you with a friendly smile and speak English quite well. After having left our luggage, because the room wasn’t ready yet, we head into town. When we arrive back our rooms are ready. They are on the smaller side but have a good airconditioning, which is a little loud, but cools the room down great. It also has some very nice shower amenities. The hotel also has a fitness but we didn’t check it out. So if you want a small but nice hotel in Macau, check out the Caravel hotel.

Very satisfied with t location of t hotel! Lots to eat around t hotel and it was great fun walking around t area! T hotel is within walking distance to some places of interest! Hotel room was clean and bed was comfy! Enjoyed my stay there very much! Receptionist at t front counter was friendly!!

The location of hotel is good with walking distance to tourist attractions, night market and etc. The staff are helpful.

Hotel is clean and nice with bath tub, close to tourist attraction, about 15 mins walk. Kids love it.

Hotel was in a great location, 2min walk from the bus route which takes to Ferry Harbour and Taipa. Easily walkable to St Paul's, lots of restaurants and coffee along the way. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was very snug with large heavy fire door made it difficult to get in and out, could just be the room we stayed in. Though overall would recommend.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff excellent, nice boutique hotel in great location. Good value for price. Would recommend.

Caravel Hotel is located near to attractions - St Paul's ruins and Senado Square, walking distance from the hotel. Convenient and surrounded by food and all the Cha Chan Teng. It is just next to the famous old school cha chan teng 南屏雅敘 Café Nam Ping that sells famous ice milk tea and sugar egg puff (its like our Singapore local donuts) We got a corner room which is very big and has a small walk-in wardrobe (too small to fit any clothes actually) a nice pantry corner with floral design mugs. Toilet has a small bath tub as well. Comfortable stay and friendly reception. Only downside is, it is really difficult to get a taxi during peak hours even reception can't help you.

Conveniently located near ruins of st. paul. If you aim to explore more of the old town, It is far from the Casinos area, however, there is a bus station very near by to take you there.

Great location and near lots of historical sites in Macau. SUPER convenient to take the bus, since the bus stops are right on the main Street less than a minute away. Many sites are within walking distance too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cozy space in a great location and loves cool murals and ships.

So warmly welcomed from the moment we walked int he door by a beautiful reception girl. The hotel was easy to find, a real close walk from buses and other nearby huge hotels/casinos. Caravel is located in a quiet street just one road back from the busy ones. Plenty of suitable shops around from great drinks across the road & 7/11 style shops up the road. The room was great. View was of houses behind so no street noise at all. Only noise was people exiting the elevator while talking loudly. Bed was very comfortable along with the pillows too. A/C was good but rather noisy. Bottled water, coffee and tea was gratis. Great shower. General info for visitors. Bring cash and bank notified credit card. Foreign cards will work at ATM for cash withdrawal but not for foreigner owned Chinese bank cards. Chinese ID is required. International AliPay works fine too. Enjoy the beauty of Macau with your friends or family.
