overall positive experience! arrived at 830am and they let us checked in before 3pm since our room was available. Clean space. Smooth check out as well

The room is very clean, and spacious. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — conveniently close to both the train station and bus stops, with a convenience store nearby.

The location offers convenient access to and from Heathrow Airport. Highly recommended.

The location is very nice, only a short walk from the train station.  Plenty of restaurants nearby and a M&S foodhall/Tesco express.

room was quite small for 3 pax but nevertheless we had a great stay. will opt for the bigger room if we were to return to london. location was very convenient, a few minutes walk to paddington station & edgware station.

The area is convenient for getting around London, with places to eat and work out nearby. Toom was clean and the kitchen was useful.

Room is small especially turn the soft to bed, but all the kitchen amenities were there for u to cook, however no water bottle provided. My shower water goes very slow i didn’t bother to ask for a change. and i found dust everywhere, there’s 5-10mins walk to 2 different stations

Staffs are very helpful in general and the room is well maintained. It would be better if there is housekeeping every few days instead of every week, so that we don’t need to call for rubbish pick up. They have an efficient laundry that helps long term stay.

Excellent experience at these apartments. We stayed in a studio apartment for three people while attending an event at Hyde Park. It was the perfect distance for walking back after the event and there was lots to do and see nearby. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend & would definitely return again in future!

The rooms are good size for families but cleaning service is charged extra which is not good , but the stuff was great and helpful 👌

Luxurious hotel in a fantastic location! One of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in, that’s for sure.

This hotel is quite clean and very new. But don’t think it’s equivalent to the traditional 4-star hotel. And not sure why seeing cockroach in the lift at night…cockcroach only lives in extreme dirty conditions in London…I was shocked…but overall it’s good.

All needs are available in the apartment. The cleanliness is excellent, the reception team is nice, and the place is on a highway. There is no disturbance, but the view is not beautiful.
