設施：比較老的一家酒店，應該是Radisson Blu後來收購的，雖然風格是一個風格，但比我在其他地方住過的Radisson Blu要差一點 服務：晚上到的，前台像新來的，house keeper不知所蹤，第二天白天的明顯就是主管，專業很多

Top location, sehr better service bei check in und check out. Saubere gute Zimmer, großes Bad.

房間細和舊，服務態度差，游泳和桑拿要另外收費，那我為什麼要選擇這間酒店。連借個旅行轉插頭都沒有。

Badezimmer ist schrecklich, Wasserhahn ist zu eng am Waschbeckenrand und man kann sich keine Haende waschen ohne das Wasser die Ablage nass macht. Bad-----nicht abgedichtet und der Badezimmerboden ist ueberall nass. Zimmer einfach ausgestattet und sehr dunkel.

The hotel pushed the costs of my first 30 day reservation to my second 30 day reservation which prevented me in getting VIP status when I was supposed to. This resulted in me earning around 155,000 less points than what I should have rightly earned as a Radisson Rewards member. They ignore my emails when I ask hire this can be resolved.

I strongly recommend this hotel for its location but also for the services provided: Good room, good breakfast and good service

Heloise Rossit Silva, the front of house staff and her colleague helped me so much with tracking down a piece of luggage from an Uber taxi. Professional, assertive and I would have been loath to without it. They deserve special commendation. Made trip to Wiesbaden relaxed. Thank you. Hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast excellent.

NO bellman, so if you are not fit ,or have some back issue or other medical issue, good luck unloading and loading your travel bags to the rooms. no close by parking, it is 10 minutes walk, i did not mind after I knew where it is. the trick is to know. the staff treat you like you already know and not that friendly explain. doing you a favour.hotel is clean, A/C is good. rooms are big compared to other places in europe. location is great in center of downtown and restaurant area. only two issues is bellman and parking. we never tried breakfast so no feed back

Hotel clean and spacious for European hotels. However. No Parking on site. Have to walk to park. Staff not that friendly, even when they want to help they do not speak English. Not even a bell man to help with baggage. So if someone need assistance with baggage then he is stuck. Good location in down town. My advice they need to work on employee with their willingness to help and smile at least.

Looking forward to using the spa etc, but it wasn't open. Frustrated we couldn't use the facilities we wanted. Air con not up to much.

This is a nice hotel with some striking old features like the stairway from the reception to the floors. Unfortunately that also comes with stairs that you cannot circumvent with elevators, or ideal for a slightly handicapped person. Moreover, you can’t park there and although the distance is not a real issue I don’t like to park elsewhere. The mail about the parking was German only and I missed the fact that I should not pay at the parking but offer the card to the receptionist. Well, service was very good and friendly. Room was small but with a large bathroom (ideal for me).

We stayed in a junior suite at the hotel. There was a large red stain (approx 2 feet x 1 foot) in the main bedroom and splatter on one of the lampshades. The room was very noisy throughout the entire stay with hissing sounds and running water sounds. The air conditioner did not work in the living room. The coffee maker didn’t work. On our last night at the hotel, we did not receive full service housekeeping. Someone did come by with towels.

Stayed one night in October 2023. Nice and comfortable hotel, in a historic building, next to the city center. I cannot say this a luxury property. Maybe it was in its heyday, but I would say some investment is required now to maintain the luxury. Room was large, comfortable, with a view of the adjacent street. The size of the room is definitely above the average German / European hotel. Bathroom was large, clean and functional. Check in and check out was fast and uneventful. The taxi stand is across the hotel. Walking distance to anything of significance in the city.

I traveled with my sister to visit family in Wiesbaden this month. We spent eight nights at the hotel and were entirely pleased with the accomodations. The bedding/linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms were pristine and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk staff were all able to speak English, which we appreciated. At the hotel the one staff member that was in the dining room at breakfast and also in the bar in evening (Isa) was very friendly and recommended a sparkling chardonnay when I was looking for Prosecco, that was awesome! A couple of mornings we ate the full breakfast but, at $26 we didn't need to eat a big breakfast. We were very close to a bakery where we could get coffee and a pastry which is all we wanted some days. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to great restaurants in the area and other attractions. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it highly.
