Great service! Can't complain about anything at all! Location is close to convenience stores and restaurants there is also a liquor store nearby

The location is good. The hotel was very easy to check in with the reservation. Descent place and a great price through the app.

The room was passable but VERY tired. Broken fixtures and some stains throughout, peeling paint in the bathroom. The Tv, microwave and fridge worked. The bed was comfortable and clean. I just needed to sleep, I ran into some traffic problems and my cross country drive went longer than expected. Slept fine, all in all, I'm good with it.

Great stay for the price, the mirror in the room is seriously super cool lol

We did not stay due to cockroaches. No other room was offered or available. We would like a refund.

Bugs in room. Heat went off on a 14° night. Needed to be reset. Second floor walkway covered in ice.

I paid for my room the same way ive done it all week and i get someone banging on my door at 9pm at night while im asleep saying that i was supposed to check out. She made me show her my bank statement where it was taken out and continued to argue with me that it was a different hotel when ive been here all week. No refrigerator in the room like they say it does. Dirty and stained sheets and blanketing.

Not a safe place. The clerk didn’t say a word when I was checking in. A lot of creepy people on property. Place is too expensive for what they are offering.

Condition was deplorable, mold on bath ceiling, ceramic base falling off in multiple areas, shower had been painted and was peeling off, unit reeked of smoke odor. Never again.

The saying is true but sad. You honestly get what you pay for nowadays. There was several visual attempts to cover up issues in the room but its hard to miss abundant black mold and bad smelling linens. I will definitely read more reviews before booking another hotel.

Check in and out process was easy. Had mold in my bathroom on the ceiling all over the place. Door to bathroom was busted. Door for the entrance of the room was missing a lock and I couldn’t lock it at night. Cheap but not worth it. Wont be staying again.

Bathroom unfinshed. We stayed 2 nights, but no bed changed, no new towels, no trash cleaning, no hair dryer. Assigned us to a handicapped room while we're not requesting one.

This stay was terrible. The person who checked us in was sleeping on the couch next to the front desk on a dirty sheet and it smelled like body odor. Then there was trash cigarettes and dirty socks going up the stairs. The door lock wouldn't light up when you put the key next to it, so you had to guess if it worked. The inside frame was gone, so you couldn't latch the door closed. There was a punched hole in the crappy bathroom door. Several places had missing trim. There was a huge puddle of water in the bathroom floor. The bedroom floor was dirty with trash on it. The shower stall had been damaged and poorly patched. My associate who stayed in the room next to me had similar issues, but his door wouldn't even lock! He propped a chair against the door. Also the pillows were mis-matched and appeared dirty. Worst stay in a hotel/motel that I have ever experienced.

It was a relatively cheap room and the bed was comfortable enough, but I noticed a bunch of problems right from the start. First, the lock didn't work from the outside - i.e. you could just walk right in without the keycard (horribly unsafe). Second, maintenance left a bottle of cleaning fluid in the room. Third, the fridge had something left in it, and so much ice buildup near the freezer that you couldn't put anything in it if you wanted to. Fourth, there was no garbage pail near the bathroom. Fifth and last, there was gunk and hair all over the bathroom floor. It worked out for me, but at the very least, they need to replace the door lock, and do a slightly better job of maintenance.
