Although well located for the Gloucester Road Tube and the staff were very friendly and helpful, it does need to be said that the hotel is tired and a little grimy. Carpets are stained and the first room I got was uninhabitable due to the smell of damp. The very nice staff moved my to another room, but honestly it was a little off putting.

The staff were so helpful. Couldn't do enough to help and the room was ideal for my needs.

建築不錯、其他一般。到倫敦參加女兒畢業典禮住了一晚，略失望！酒店位置、周邊、外觀均不錯，可以設施比較老舊，淋雨龍頭漏水，電源插座多個沒電，莫名其妙煙霧報警啟動，服務人員熟練消警並歉意地微笑。

酒店的服務很不錯，設施也還挺齊全的，工作人員態度也很好，但是房間不是特別大，然後房間的吹風機也是壞的。但地理位置很好，很靠近告士打道地鐵站。

Staff are very nice and friendly. Very good luggage storage service for tourists. Good stay for the price.

Hotel itself was good, close to underground and close to Albert Hall which is why chose it. The hotel staff were great and friendly. The room was disappointing, was very small, atic room, nothing like the rooms advertised on the website, stains on carpet and Air Con couldn't be turned down, so was uncomfortabley warm on a night.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small and although it had a window had no view at all. It was in a great location for the local area, we enjoyed our walk to Royal Albert Hall and Holland Park. We would stay again but would ask for a room with a view.

Hotel is in a great location. Super accessible and in walking distance to a lot but the hotel itself is dated. It smelled musty. Wouldn’t stay there again but the staff was friendly. The hotel soaps and stuff were super dated

The location of the hotel is awesome. Few minutes walking distance to metro and to national museum.

The hotel was old with several items in the room not working or broken. Electrical plugs did not work, bathroom tile broken, lamp table broken, shower door leaked, and carpeting was stained. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was very good with friendly workers.
