Location is excellent, cannot require more in the area of Qianhai. Basically, you won't be affected by the weather conditions and can get to 3 major malls in this area. However, the rooms are quite worn out, especially the bathroom. Suggest the service apratment to have a major renovation and capitalise the location advantage.

The first room we got was a bit smelly and the neighbors were really noisy. So we called the front desk and they upgraded us for free to a bigger room. Nice!

Friendly service at the front desk, clean and comfortable lodgings with a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, quiet environment, fantastic view and great location. The building directly connects to a mall through the basement level, and is just a few minutes' walk away from other malls. Left feeling refreshed, and would've stayed longer if we didn't have a tight schedule. Will definitely come back.

Very good location. You can access to the food court directly from the lift to B1.

Room very spacious with two XL double beds and two bathrooms. We chose a room type with a bath tub. The bath tub was a bit small for me and my two little ones and it wasn’t clean at all. There was a cigarette in the master bedroom. Overall good value for money but cleanliness needs improving.

Reception is not well indicated on the side of the building under a small “Hello” sign … no hotel logo. Actually it is not a hotel but a service apartment with no staff/service beside reception counter. Doors are a bit strange to use/lock (safety issue). Remote controler was dirty with food or blood stains on it. Shower amenities are too big bottles that doesn’t fit inside the shower area. Location is good for Qianhai with shopping mall and restaurants close by but far from downtown and night life activities. USB electrical sockets didn’t work on one side of the bed.

Center location close to major shopping centers and metro station. Room is clean and in good size. Not much service though. Front desk is a bit difficult to find. Property is mixed with other residential.

very friendly and helper staffs, bathroom and floor are not very well cleaned but acceptable if travel without kids

The room is clean and tidy, staff is helpful and professional.

1) No bowls, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils in the apartment 2) Shower cubicle flooring is slippery when wet 3) No laundry bag 4) Wide variety of food outlets available at basement level 5) Nice open view

The building was nice and kind of convenient for Namshan. The reception desk was helpful in helping us to order a 6 ppl van. She wanted to help walk us to the car but ended up walking around the whole building. My bedroom window was right by a road contruction side so up till 130AM there was rod banging and restarted at 630am on a Sunday!!!!! my bathroom also smelled really bad due to the pipes.. I didn't complain that evening as the kids came home at 11am and were knackered and couldn't move rooms so just left it since we were only staying 1 night. The other rooms weren't that bad. There was also a cigarette butt at the entrance of the door when we came in. I think the cost for a 3 bedroom was cheap..... for what it was. Not sure if i would stay there again. There were a lot of food options in the basement of the building which was convenient.
