My overall experience was good but the only downside for me is the location. It needs a long walk, around 20-30 mins, to get to the main city area. I had to get a taxi or Bolt to return hotel every night. The room was clean with a large king size bed. The room size is reasonable. We were on the first floor facing the street, it was quite at night. Slippers were provided on request. The staffs were very polite and friendly. There were no problem in communication in English. They also suggested a lots restaurants and attractions for us to consider. The lobby is spacious with a TV and also lots of seating area. There was a small gym room in the basement. We had a comfortable and great stay with Lumen Hotel.

We booked the room with lightshow, because we were curious about it. The show was nice and it was about 15 mins long that runs once a day at 10pm. You can also watch the show in the bar or on the TV and you really only need to watch it once to understand what it's about. Also it's important to book a room on the 2/3 floor to really enjoy the show, otherwise you would be looking down at it. We wouldn't book a room for the light show again because it doesn't worth the price difference, but for sure the hotel is very nice and the room is comfortable and for sure we will stay there again.

The hotel's facilities are quite good, the lounge area in the hotel lobby is comfortable, the lighting is warm, and the room area is quite large. The hotel staff had a good service attitude and actively helped us pick up our luggage before we took it away.

The hotel is great, very clean. The only disadvantage is that the location is pretty far from the center. By foot is 30 minutes and by car is around 10 minutes

The location is a little out of the city center but it’s only 10 mins by taxi The service is very good. The cleaning staffs works really hard too. Note that there’s the light show with sound at 10 pm every night for about 15 mins

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was not only clean, tidy, and cozy but also a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Lisbon. I especially appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful initiative of offering a coupon for choosing not to have the room cleaned daily, a small but significant gesture towards environmental conservation. My time here was truly enjoyable, and I sincerely hope to find this hotel chain in other countries, to experience their exceptional hospitality again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

A lovely hotel, very clean, modern, breakfast expensive @15 euro per person. Staff friendly, location OK but need transport to attractions and Alfama. Good value for money though

Great, modern hotel. State of the art technology in the rooms, great TV, surround system. Specially interesting light show happening every night!

The rooms are spacious, and nice. The front desk service is poor I received an email saying I already paid and then they asked me to pay again at the check out, it was a confusing the receptionist did not know how to communicate this properly so It was not nice experience. The breakfast is 3 out of 5, bakery and pastries are very dry as if they were made in the day before, eggs super dry, fruit not very fresh. The reception sofas have stains which is not very pleasant. Not sure if I would come back. The highlight was the bell boy who was incredibly nice and attentive with us, don’t remember his name which is a shame.

The hotel is amazing in every aspect! It’s in the middle of the cruise terminal and the airport. Metro is close by, and 4 stops to go to the city center. The hotel is very new, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is awesome with such a low price €8 (coffee is with decent quality, and you can even order latte, cappuccino or mocha for free). The hotel staff and restaurant staff are all super friendly. The lightning show at 10pm every day is very nice.
