Palazzo BN Luxury Apartments

A unique property located within the old city of Lecce. The property is extremely inviting with a welcoming and attentive staff. The accommodations are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The restaurants and facilities are exceptional. Will certainly visit again.

Lovely hotel, very modern with great interiors. Stayed one night to explore Lecce. The location of the hotel is good, however there is no parking at the hotel and it is on a busy main road. Parking is at a pubilc car park, a ten min walk away and is not free as was advised they had no vouchers left to give to guests. It is also very difficult to unload bags as you cannot stop directly outside hotel and there are a lot of steps with no porter to help. The reception staff we not very helpful. The restaurant has great food and the service from the waiter was excellent. Suite was very spacious and clean.

Love love this place . A bank turn into apartments but it’s feels like a hotel . It’s has a great restaurant , roof terrace and full on gym. The staff are super friendly and ready to help you during your stay. It’s in a great location too.Thank you again

The hotel has a rooftop club and no sound isolation. It is 12h30am and impossible to sleep. It is like the DJ is inside the room. No warning was given at the time I made the reservation. I have called the front desk and was informed the music will go on for one more hour. Do not stay here, especially over the weekend.

This is a truly luxury hotel at a not-so-luxury price. We absolutely loved our stay here. This hotel used to be a bank, now transformed and renovated into a hotel - and it shows in the architecture and decor. VERY high ceilings, and charming but modern touches. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is delivered to your room for free. There are a handful of restaurants within the hotel; we ate dinner outside and it was absolutely excellent! There is also a rooftop bar that was popular - they give you a voucher for a free drink upon check in! They even offer cooking classes (in your room!!!) with the head chef, for a cost. Location is excellent, just steps away from the main walking area and the historical center. We were surprised at how much there was to see in Lecce and how beautiful this city is. We stayed here two nights and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Lecce.

Ragazzi ma cos è successo?! Torno in questa struttura dopo un paio di mesi di assenza, dopo essere rimasto più volte piacevolmente colpito e non la riconosco più. Accoglienza altezzosa e spocchiosa da parte di una ragazza in reception, il livello del servizio in sala si è abbassato tantissimo, assolutamente non all’altezza della struttura e piatti scarsi. Personale diverso e svogliato. Quello che una volta era accogliente, attento e professionale oggi diventato approssimativo, menefreghista e improvvisato. Piatti della cucina inverosimili, presentazione pessima e gusto totalmente assente. Unica nota positiva (rimasta) la pizza. Mi è capitato di venirci spesso in passato e di rimanere sempre soddisfatto della premura e delle attenzioni ricevute oltre ovviamente alla bellissima struttura nel centro di lecce ma ragazzi, dopo questi strafalcioni diventa veramente complicato darvi un altra chance. A mai più.

Siamo stati a cena in questa splendida location. Appena arrivati veniamo accolti con una cortesia unica nel suo genere. Personale sempre attento, cortese, preparato. Cibo ottimo. Io ho preso il tuna burger con tonno scottato e patate a parte. Una prelibatezza. La mia compagna linguine ai ricci di mare davvero spettacolari. Per chi si trova a passare in questa città splendida è una tappa da non perdere! Complimenti!

21 luglio 2022 organizzo una serata con due amiche in terrazza per passare una serata e per ascoltare della buona musica dal vivo (serata swing con Antonio Ancora). Ho prenotato per le 21, arriviamo e all'entrata veniamo "accolte" (fermate) da una signorina che in modo sgarbato ci chiede se avevamo prenotato e sempre in modo sgarbato ci indica l'ascensore. Arriviamo in terrazza e la bellezza della location ci cattura, peccato però che la delusione arriva da lì a poco non ppena ordiniamo. Alle 21.15 non c'era più nulla per stuzzicare qualcosa insieme ai cocktail, la cameriera ci dice che purtroppo era finito tutto. Chiediamo se è possibile prendere un dolce e anche questo non c'è , bah! Alla fine riusciamo a ordinare dei tarallini e delle olive verdi (meglio di nulla, ovviamente patatine finite, noccioline o pistacchi finiti, pizzettine o rustici o frittini finiti). Totale disorganizzazione, che ci vuole ad avere sempre disponibili in dispensa bustoni di snack vari o surgelati...bah! Ci vengono serviti i cocktail (3 mojito) e i tarallini e le olive senza alcun tovagliolino e senza posatine per prendere le olive che tra l'altro erano immerse nell'acqua. Il mojito era poco alcolico (e tutto sommato poteva anche andar bene) senza zucchero di canna e la menta nn pestata, il cocktail era amaro e non era di certo un mojito. Abbiamo successivamente ordinato polpette di polpo che abbiamo lasciato perché tanto salate e insapori, il polpo o non c'era o non aveva sapore. Prezzo esagerato per il servizio offerto, per quel che mi riguarda non andrò mai più, con simili prezzi ci sono molte location carine e di qualità migliore.

Elegante luxury resort nel centro storico di Lecce. Alle suite dotate anche di cucina si aggiungono un lounge bar, un ristorante di piatti della tradizione e pizze gourmet, una spa ed il magico terrazzo panoramico per eventi con vero prato inglese. E pensare che prima era una banca.
