Great location, closer to Kumamoto Castle, shopping and restaurants. Hotel is big and clean. The only concern is the car park , no nearby parking and very expensive. Always consult the hotel staff for a discount car park area , within 5 minutes walking distance.

Amazing new hotel located at the 下通 and near Sakura machi. Price is very very reasonable and spacious rooms with lots of amenities provided. Most reputable restaurants are nearby. Shopping is even better cos it’s located in the heart of Kumamoto City.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Just take the airport bus to Sakuragicho Terminal. The upper floor of the base is a large department store, which sells clothing, food, housing, international brands, local specialties, etc. It only takes 6-8 minutes to walk through the Shinmachi Street shopping street. To the hotel, you pass by various shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly built and has a simple style. The lobby is fresh and comfortable. The staff are very polite and you can check in by yourself. The customer floor is bright and clean. The room area is about 20 square meters. It is equipped with 2 chairs and a small dining table for easy shopping and eating back in the room. The room is fully equipped with daily supplies. The best thing is that the room has independent air conditioning with cooling/heating provided! We stayed for 5 nights and both of us said we were really satisfied and liked it. Hope to stay again in the future!

The place was super good!! very convenient to the shopping mall. just next to 7-11 and family mart. near to the castle. The hotel was clean and provided travel set. The room was clean. I can understand the room is small but enough for three people. will stay again if i come here.

Location was great, can use nearby parking lots at discounted price by showing the front desk your parking entry ticket, very close to the attractions. Although the breakfast isn't bad, not completely sure if the price justifies it.

Nice breakfast in Japanese style with Kumamoto dishes. Spacious room, clean & comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Great location. Feel like water for bath and drink are special than other hotels.

The location is very good. The only bad thing is the room is a bit small for us but this is not a problem. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Kumamoto next time.

Excellent hotel. Location is right around from the shopping areas. Rooms were actually quite big for Japanese business hotel standards and I like the fact that they had a microwave on my floor plus amenities basket so I didn't have to go back down to the lobby if I needed more. TV was nice and big hanging on the wall and was a smart TV equipped with YouTube , Netflix and Hulu if you wanted to sign I use your account. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend

The hotel is located right next to the shopping streets, full of good food options and it’s very comfortable, room is spacious for this price in Japan. Has coin laundry and amenities were good quality stuffs.
