I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. What made my experience truly special was Simona. From the moment I arrived, Simona greeted me warmly and was always kind, helpful, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Simona’s positive energy and dedication really stood out. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely come back. Simona is a true gem and a big reason I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

Absolutely diabolical I have no idea how this hotel got 4 stars, it completely shattered my trust in the star system. Bare bones room , not even a kettle. My room had a blocked sink, door didn’t open properly - had to call for help to get in . Food was absolutely disgusting - I did not know it is possible to have bad food in Italy but this hotel made it possible - tasteless leaves, basic pasta with Parmesan that comes out of packets, salads made of random ingredients that look like yesterdays leftovers, dry fish …. In the restaurant they assign you a specific table and you are not allowed to move - have not seen anything like this in my life. Plus had no idea about this system as nobody bothers to explain this so I ended up walking for ages trying to find a table that didn’t say ‘reserved’ on it. Staff does not explain anything at check -in and genuinely seems disinterested. I had a large suitcase and had to carry it up the stairs myself with no offer of help - they just pointed in the direction of the room. Beach is pretty and private but the entry to water is full of rocks and rather dangerous. But the cherry on top is that there is constantly some sort of entertainment going on by the pool with blaring music. No escape from it in the rooms as it’s too loud . It goes on till midnight. Wow…. Disappointed doesn’t describe it

Great hotel : very clean , friendly staff . Nice meals from the local produce prepared with Italian 🇮🇹 heart Room cleaned every day . Aqua fit twice a day , kids clubs evening entertainment Pool very clean all 10/10 Privite beach with umbrellas for free Not much outside the hotel but suits our family very well 👌

The worst hotel I have stepped foot into. TUI were a disgrace and still to this day have not refunded or compensated for our trip. Continuously passed the issue from pillar to post and basically mis-sold and represented this hotel both verbally and in their literature. The Hotel Managers were understanding and most helpful but IF booking through TUI (and I suggest from experience you DO NOT!) then the hotel is nothing like the brochure. Basically very basic (no facilities) rustic and VERY casual and more like a camping establishment. We had damp, mold, air conditioning did not work, unkempt gardens, restaurant closed very early and no room service available......I could go on! Place in need of refurbishment etc. Moved internally to a another hotel in the chain (no help from TUI and had to pay the uplift even though online and recorded calls the representative said NO COST) Torre Cintola was also 4* but 5* in comparison in terms of ALL aspects.

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. Mi sono trovato molto bene, personale disponibile e molto attento alle problematiche della persona, Un ringraziamento particolare alla direttrice Rosanna. Se posso ci tornerò sicuramente.Grazie veramente di cuore a tutti!Torre Guaceto una scoperta bellissima!!!

Ottima struttura ben curata, pulita e ben mano tenuta! Ottima la posizione qualche centinaio di passo e arrivi in un’oasi splendida! Ottima cucina, personale preparato cordiale e sempre pronto a gestire le richieste dell’ospite, e ben coordinata nato dal maitre Alfredo! L’assistente Simona sempre pronta a dispensare consigli e a scambiare quattro chiacchiere col n chiunque! Un plauso anche a Anna e Giorgia receptionist sempre cordiali ali e sorridenti! Ultima ma non ultima la Direttrice Rosanna, donna di polso ed estremamente preparata! Consigliabilissimo!

el hotel Torre Guaceto greenblu resort es demasiado sencillo para mi gusto En la web se ve muy bonito, pero cuando llegas, primero cero sonrisa ni amabilidad en el check in y para encontrar mi habitación 426 taré un buen rato arrastrando mi maleta. Son pequeños edificios de 4 habitaciones y esparcidos por un gran jardín, a priori bonito pero tengo mis dudas Mi habitación es correcta No hay suavizante ni zapatillas ni albornoz La cena un desastre, ni la pasta era buena NO HAY WIFI en las habitaciones un desastre Desayuno muy bien No repetiría

Séjour en mai 2025 entre amis. Hôtel à éviter. NE CORRESPOND PAS DU TOUT AU DESCRIPTIF ET PHOTOS SUR SITE. Restauration à éviter. Ne penser pas à profiter de la piscine en Mai, piscine fermée. Aucune animation. Pas possibilité de prendre son p’tit déjeuner dehors( même un simple café en terrasse le matin). La direction du personnel désagréable. Chambres pas spécialement propre. Si vous voulez prendre une douche, laissez couler l’eau 5 minutes avant et vous l’aurez tiède avec peu de pression. Ne pas venir la première quinzaine de mai car nous avons eu des voyages scolaires d’adolescents. Très bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit La plage : très sale non entretenue. Lieu: Rien à moins de 15 mns en voiture A fuir absolument. Dommage que nous ne pouvons pas noter ZÉRO

Resort meraviglioso a 2 passi dal mare ma immerso nella natura. Camere ampie dotate di grandi balconi dotati di poltroncine, tavolino e stendino. Struttura moderna ma con un tocco di tradizione. Cucina ottima e servizio attento e preciso. Sembrava di essere in Famiglia. Super consigliato

Torre Guaceto Green Blu, rappresenta un'esperienza da vivere, incastonata in una bellissima location, a due passi dall'aeroporto e da molte località turistiche come Polignano a Mare,Monopoli, Valle d'Itria. L'accoglienza della Direttrice Rosanna e dello splendido staff vi coccola dall'inizio alla fine della vacanza. Ristorazione eccellente, grazie allo Chef Francesco e alla Direzione di sala capitanata dal Sig.Alfredo e da Barbara. Consiglio vivamente di poter trascorrere le vostre prossime vacanze estive in questo villaggio dove ci si sente in famiglia. Daniela, Alberto e Vittoria

Début de la saison , le personnel au top, gardien de parking, Simona parle très bien français et est merveilleuse d’aide et de conseils, Alfredo très disponible et charmant, les chambres sont propres mais prévoir les boules quies. Il faut absolument une voiture.
