We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable hotel, located in the middle of nowhere—perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The bedding was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The only minor issue was the heater, which couldn’t be adjusted. However, we solved the problem by turning it off, and it worked out fine for us. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and we appreciated the effort the hotel put into providing a clean and cozy environment.

The room is so clean and spacious. Nice view and beautiful scenery. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve booked 4 days 3 nights and I cancelled 1 night as I need to go to Nagoya and then the staff just approved even though on the trip.com policy said this booked cannot be modified. Thank you.

Great base to explore Gujo. There's a number of eateries around this hotel despite being located outside the town of Gujo. The “Kokindenju-no-sato Yamato” Road station is just next to the hotel and has food from 10am to 5.00pm. Thankful for the ample and free parking available to guests.

因為到附近滑雪，所以選擇到酒店作中轉站，前台雖然不懂英語，但會用翻譯器每句解釋，因大雪關係，亦提供附近會開既飯店資料給我們，而且小朋友可在門口玩雪，非常開心，附近還有溫泉，1分鐘步行路，有室內及室外

這次旅程目的是滑雪，選了這酒店作為落腳處。去了三個雪場，分別都是40分鐘以內車程，覺得還是挺方便的。酒店住於郊區，旁邊有公衆溫泉設施（在酒店買票較平宜，¥600/人），但人很多。對面還有一個免費足湯（5pm後停止使用）。 房間很新，和官網的圖片一樣，空間在日本來說算蠻大的。晚上夜空繁星密佈，是意外驚喜。

房間很大停車場也很大，可惜沒什麼設施過個夜而已，前台可以買些零食跟酒或是一些飲料果汁，無聊三五好友房間喝。

位置雖然不是太方便，但酒店一早預備一張10分鐘內可步行到達周邊設施嘅地圖，貼心！ 另外，步行一分鐘就可以到酒店對面嘅溫泉！非常好！  酒店內衛生及設施一如既往的好！ 酒店職員亦友善！
