Very good hotel with friendly staff and excellent food

Были в начале ноября. Плюсы - матрас и подушка удобные. Минусы - Еда и напитки невкусные прям очень, на столах грязно; музыка русская старая играет громко до 11-12 часов ночи; бассейны холодные. Пляжные полотенца за плату, интернет платный и плохой. Вода в бассейне холоднее чем море. В ванной запах канализации. Норм - персонал уставший, но на все просьбы реагирует. Ремонт древний, но стараются за чистотой следить в номерах. До моря идти минут 5-7, пляж свой.

Great services, food is alright but I would argue you can find better outside (but it’s all inclusive so can’t really complain). Contacting staff is easy as they are all available. Mainly contacted through Vera and Roma. There is elderly accessibility but they don’t have any wheelchairs. They attempted to charge me for using a wheelchair that would be ordered from the local hospital. €70 for 3 days. Other than this I would very much recommend the hotel. Pools, spa and beach are all great services. The spa has many options for for couples and on your own.

Wonderful stay, especially for families with children - all facilities feel safe and cool relax area by child pool. Many bars and biggest variety of food I’ve ever experienced. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed holiday with enough activities to keep all kinds of people happy no matter the age. Special shout out to the master entertainment manager Roma, and also the wonderful and marvellous Esma with the heavenly curls in the bar. They really went the extra mile to make our visit a memorable week. We will be back!

Been in here was like haven! Everything is perfect starting with rooms,service food ,entertainment ! Very kind people and helpful ! I can highly recommend a place like this to feel like home! Starting with excursions organiser Albina,entertainment manager Roma and guide to all the facilities Iraclis ( people that are amazing ) and you have to have them, everyone else is helpful and welcoming ! Swimming pool,bars ( with Esma and Yasim ) been the best, Tufqn in the massage area, beauty saloon and the list is endless, Ella and Arif in the clothes shop! Thank you all for everything!

The best and strongest side of Miramor is the team, people who works there. Would like to mark especially kids entertainment - Luba!!! Also Vera and Mehmed from administration, who helped with what so ever was requested! Food! That was good also! Yes, maybe restaurant doesn’t look shiny, but everything is very tasty and varied!

Everything is fine and good. Gut service gut people. Everybody is nice and friendly. I would recommend to everyone this hotel. The entertainment Team is pretty good and very nice. The food is really delicious, hotelroom really good. I'm really impressed

Was a lovely hotel and can’t fault anything. Animation team were great and Godze checked in on me and made sure I was ok and anything i needed, they all were very good. I was sick and in bed for two days, Hotel bought me food and drinks which was appreciated as I could not have gone to the restaurant. I would definitely come back here.

The hotel is good really beautiful and relaxing place food drinks And really good staff team and the best Azra. The events and really makes this hotel it really make the hotel a good time experience and really recommend this hotel and I’m coming back again
