Very nice location

Die Toiletten haben enorm gestunken und dieser Geruch ging nie weg. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Es gab nur paar kleine Flecken auf den Bettlaken. Am letzten Tag haben wir den Transport Service vom Hotel in Anspruch genommen. Wir zahlten 1500 Lira für einen vito der uns zum Flughafen fährt. Eine halbe Stunde mussten wir warten bis endlich ein Taxi kam, welcher uns zum Flughafen fahren sollte. Hätte ich nicht gemeckert, würden wir für eine Taxi Fahrt 1500 Lira zahlen. Das Hotelpersonal gab mir zwar 300 Lira zurück allerdings sind 1200 Lira für eine Taxifahrt immernoch zu teuer. Ich empfehle keinen dieses Hotel

Poorly equipped, small, and smelling hotel! Small dark suffocating rooms, no space for movement, no space to put your staff or your luggage! No repair for broken lamps! No linen change for a week! No cleaning under beds! No cleaning for windows! Air-conditioner in front of the beds and very near to them. Result: we are all sick!!!!! Once you're sick never ask for help! Nobody will listen to you. We didn't ask; other people did, but certainly received no help of any kind!!! Insects of different kinds! It is literally "Ant"!!!! Terrible pillows, in case you find any! Small dirty and dark bathrooms! Bad quality soap and Shampoo! Unfriendly stubborn staff mostly refusing to talk any of the world languages nor to change any of the ugly rooms you're forced to accept! N.B. In the presence of Turkish guides or friends they become suddenly polite and friendly! Desk men in the reception, especially the morning guy is impolite, unfriendly, always angry (he smiled once, the day we left, probably whispering "Good Riddance" to our group!) Less than humble breakfast. You literally find nothing to eat nor to drink. Coffee was very bad and the coffee machine was broken the last day!!!!!! We starved (everything finishes at 8 am!) till we find the first coffee shop after going out. And in fact, the best thing to do is to leave the so called "hotel" as soon as possible. Of course, we couldn't change it because it was the agency's worst choice! In a word, if you ever respect yourself make sure, you, or your travel agency, will not book in the heart of ugliness: "The Grant Ant" Hotel!!!!!!!!

Staffs are very friendly and services were very great. I was denied my visitor in my room. It was snowing and didnt want to stay in the reception

It has a great view towards the sea. Lovely employees.

It looks so old and there was a smell,they need to freshly it up. N9 much variety for breakfast. The people were nice and the hitel was at the centre of the market,everything was accessible.

llegamos a este hotel de madrugada , despues donde no fuimos recibidos en anterior hotel , si debo señalar que lo gestiono el anterior hotel , el barrio es malo , la pieza tenia una vista a una pared infinita , buen desayuno y amables su personal

Cet hôtel a ruiné notre séjour. Chambre vieille et poussiéreuse , salle de bain sale et pas fonctionnelle. Nous avons testé le pdj une seule fois horrible aussi bien les boissons que la nourriture. Et pour finir le quartier très mal famé

Es importante señalar que es un 3 estrellas, y eso es lo que es. Ni más ni menos. Y es muy barato. Tiene todo lo necesario. Una recepción 24h, habitación cómoda, frigorífico que está vacío pero que enfría bien, ventanales amplios, un baño con ducha y mampara, gel de baño, champú, jabón de manos, toallas cada día, armario, camas cómodas, un salón de desayunos amplío, cómodo. Dicho esto, y una vez que las expectativas ya están ancladas en que no tiene ni 4 ni 5 estrellas, realmente se valora mucho más como opción posible. No tiene lujos, ninguno. No hay agua en la habitación, ni amenities individuales, ni salmón ahumado en el desayuno, pero tiene todo lo necesario. El personal es increíblemente amable. La ubicación está a 15 - 20 minutos del gran bazar, pero por un paseo agradable lleno de tiendas. De hecho, está a 5 minutos de otros hoteles muy conocidos que dicen estar al lado del gran bazar, luego este hotel también lo está. Además no hemos tenido ni el más mínimo problema, cosa que no pueden decir otros compañeros de viaje que se alojaron en conocidos hoteles de 4 estrellas… Así que, salvo que seas extremadamente quisquilloso, te puedes alojar en este hotel y darle un mejor uso a tu ahorro económico. Por cierto, en el desayuno tienen crema de chocolate que está buenísima jejeje.

L hôtel est bien situé , à côté du tramway Et du métro . Je peux visiter la ville comme je veux . L hôtel est propre , c’est un 3 étoile donc faut pas s attendre à un truc au top . Il vous conseil d éviter les chambres qui donnent sur rue car impossible de dormir . Le quartier est animé jour et nuit . Il est dans le quartier de Fathi . Le petit dej est bof mais correct . Je conseil cet hôtel car il est bien situé , pas cher et à 2 en tram de tout .

Vergonzoso, sucio y olor horrible a tabaco, sudor…y cosas indescriptibles. La gente fuma en el hotel, ya no hablemos de las medidas COVID Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel debido a esto, es un hotel como mucho de 1 estrella, alucino que sea de 3. Necesita una reforma ya y tirar todo
