Overall, it was a pleasant stay the room was comfortable and service was good. However, the parking area could use more space, and the water heater needs improvement as the water turns from hot to warm after some time.

Nice new hotel in ipoh. Service was awesome. Staff listened to our feedback . We had some issues but it was quickly rectified. Definitely will come back

Super comfy bed, clean room, and friendly staff. Love the free high tea and tasty breakfast. Great value, would definitely stay again!

Brand new hotel in ipoh but thats about it.  Service was not organized at all. Breakfast selection was good but mains are made upon order. I had to wait almost an hour just to get my order which I had to ask for twice.

A different experience from normal hotel, besides excellence cleanliness and helpful staff, I should say is a high tech hotel. For senior citizen like me ,I no need to carry room cards, they use face recognition to enter the lifts and room. i like the heated toilet seat too!

Our 1st visit to this hotel. The staff are friendly & helpfully. Hotel lobby is amazing with big log of wood as their counter top. Our Deluxe King room is cozy & clean. We will go back again when we visit Ipoh next☺️

A relatively new hotel which adapt technology into their setup. Facial recognition technology for entry to the hotel lobby and rooms. Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Will definitely be back here when in Ipoh. Only 1 restaurant operational at the moment. Hopefully they will consider a bar in the next one that they open. Bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows option. Pool on the 8th floor has a good open view. The following are my feedback for the management consideration: 1. Provide a hand wash soap near sink 2. Extra mirror in the room as there is only 1 mirror in the toilet 3. Toilet mirror lighting not sufficient for makeup 4. Rooms are not sound proof … music from the restaurant can be heard in the rooms Overall still a wonderful place to stay.
