"Trước tiên, tôi sẽ nói về những điều tốt đẹp. Nhà nghỉ B&B nằm cạnh Hồ Erhai và quang cảnh rất đẹp khi bạn ra ngoài vào ban ngày. Nơi này gần ga tàu và rất thuận tiện để bắt tàu. Nhân viên lễ tân có thể giúp mang hành lý và rất hợp tác khi được yêu cầu giúp đỡ. Phòng được chia thành khu vực khô và ướt, cơ sở vật chất tương đối mới và sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm đã qua, chúng ta hãy nói về một số bất tiện:
1. Không có thang máy. Tôi ở trong phòng có sân trong và phải leo cầu thang lên tầng ba. Khi bạn lên, lễ tân có thể giúp bạn di chuyển, nhưng khi bạn xuống dưới, bạn phải tự mang vì bạn đang vội. Thật là mệt mỏi.
2. Mặc dù là phòng king sân trong, nhưng chỉ có một số cây được trồng ở hành lang. Tòa nhà dân cư nằm trong sân đối diện với cộng đồng. Khi tôi sống ở đó, nó vẫn đang được cải tạo và về cơ bản là có tiếng ồn vào khoảng 10 giờ sáng.
3. Trong phòng có hai cửa sổ thông gió, một cửa hướng ra hành lang thì tốt, cửa còn lại hướng ra tòa nhà, chỉ cần mở ra thì khó tránh khỏi tiếng ồn từ đường phố, đóng lại thì tốt hơn một chút.
4. Khả năng cách âm rất kém, bạn có thể nghe rõ tiếng hắt hơi của hàng xóm. Ngày hôm sau, một cặp đôi từ Đông Bắc Trung Quốc sống cạnh tôi ngồi cạnh tôi và trò chuyện. Không có sự riêng tư nào cả. May mắn thay, họ đi ngủ sớm và vì tôi sống một mình nên về cơ bản không có tiếng ồn, nên cả hai bên đều ổn.
5. Việc mang về rất bất tiện! Vì có hai cửa hàng nên người giao hàng luôn gặp khó khăn trong việc tìm ra cửa hàng nào. Và khi đồ ăn mang về, bạn phải tự xuống từ tầng 3 để lấy. Thậm chí có lần nhân viên giao hàng để đồ ăn sai chỗ và bỏ đi. Phải mất rất nhiều thời gian để đi lại."

"Tôi phải nói rằng đây là nhà nghỉ chỉ phục vụ bữa sáng kiểu Trung Quốc nhất mà tôi từng ở trong chuyến đi 10 ngày tới Vân Nam. Nó mới được khai trương trong năm nay. Tòa nhà đã được tân trang lại rất bắt mắt và việc nhận phòng cũng rất trang nhã. Cảm giác như tôi đang ở thời cổ đại. Căn phòng không lớn nhưng tôi có cảm giác như ở nhà và ngủ rất ngon. Vị trí hơi khó tìm. Nó nằm trong một con hẻm bên ngoài thành phố cổ Dali. nên không thành vấn đề. Ngoài ra còn có bãi đậu xe và máy giặt bên trong. Bữa sáng không có nhiều sự lựa chọn nhưng rất ngon. Có quần áo để mượn. Người phục vụ ảnh thì tốt, nhưng mực nước trong. vòi hoa sen quá chậm. Nhận xét của tôi đều dựa trên kinh nghiệm thực tế của tôi. Tôi hy vọng nó có thể giúp ích cho mọi người."

TTài khoản khách寶藏酒店。座落在蒼山腳下。環境幽雅有格調，設計師的眼光太好了。房間很大，設施齊全，打掃得也非常乾淨。多對一服務，酒店的飯菜也非常好吃。服務人員温和細緻，會提前溝通到店時間，熱情接待，並且提前調好房間温度。讓旅途疲憊的我們感到安心舒心。本來衹訂了一天，但是太喜歡了，又續住了。酒店裡有一衹小貓，小孩子非常喜歡，追着和貓玩。以後再來大理這裏一定是我們的首選。（實際比照片漂亮多了）

All my requests and queries were answer promptly. They make good suggestion and give advice which improve my travel plans together with my family greatly.
The room was clean and tasty decorated so is the breakfast. Although it was served in a different building but it is just 3 mins way by walking.
Not to mention that the hotel are surrounded by lots of different type of restaurant, eatery, bakery and convenient stores. It is also located within walking distance to Dali Ancient Old Town and San yue street.

As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take:
✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers.
👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel.
🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe.
📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work.
Overall: Great homestay unit and host, but the apartment surroundings and distance might not suit everyone.

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing.
Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl.
When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good.
The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea.
Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea.
Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants.
The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use.
The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station.
It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.
