Would like to thanks Miss Xiao Yu, Mr and Mrs She, the owner of the place for making my Dali stays with them a wonderful and an amazing one. They are very friendly. All my requests and queries were answer promptly. They make good suggestion and give advice which improve my travel plans together with my family greatly. The room was clean and tasty decorated so is the breakfast. Although it was served in a different building but it is just 3 mins way by walking. Not to mention that the hotel are surrounded by lots of different type of restaurant, eatery, bakery and convenient stores. It is also located within walking distance to Dali Ancient Old Town and San yue street.

非常棒，很有性價比，酒店位於洱海邊，緊鄰生態廊道，步行幾分鐘即可到洱海，周邊有紅杉林、鵝*石沙灘等自然景觀，既離塵不離城，又適合騎行、散步和觀景。距離古城、龍龕碼頭等地也較近，交通便利。房間寬敞明亮，隔音效果好，視野開闊，房間可以看到洱海廊道景觀。 適合發呆、拍照。酒店老闆及熱情友善，有停車場擺渡車接送服務，提供行程規劃、景點推薦以及租車等貼心幫助。民宿鬧中取靜，周邊環境安靜，適合喜歡放鬆和享受自然。周邊人流量不是很多，也避免了過度商業化的喧鬧。總而言之是一次非常棒的體驗。

Phòng siêu siêu đẹp , chủ khách sạn cực kì nhiệt tình , khách sạn nằm trên tầng 19 của 1 toà chung cư nên view ở tầm cao nhìn thẳng ra hồ Nhĩ Hải , rất thuận tiện đi khắp nơi . phòng rộng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi . Có đưa đón 2 chiều

Honest Review of Our Stay Near Erhai Lake, Dali 🇨🇳 As a Malaysian traveler exploring Yunnan, I stayed at a homestay apartment near Erhai Lake—and here’s my honest take: ✅ Inside the homestay: Very clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers. 👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. 🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work. Đó là một trải nghiệm ở nhà dân rất tuyệt vời. Ông chủ và vợ ông ấy rất tốt bụng. Mặc dù tôi chỉ ở lại một đêm nhưng tôi vẫn cảm nhận được lòng hiếu khách của họ. Vị trí nằm trong hẻm của thành phố cổ nhưng không ồn ào vào ban đêm. Đây là đêm thứ 4 của chuyến đi và là đêm ngủ ngon nhất. Rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, bạn có thể ra ngoài đi dạo cả ngày lẫn đêm. Bà chủ còn tặng tôi đồ uống và kẹo khi tôi rời đi.

The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

Vệ sinh: Môi trường ngủ là yếu tố đầu tiên khi ra ngoài, và ngôi nhà này thực sự sạch sẽ! Tiện nghi: Hoàn thiện, phòng tắm là toilet thông minh, nhiệt độ nước tự động điều chỉnh khi trời mưa phù hợp, ưng ý Môi trường: Sân hiên ở tầng 2 và tầng 3 có thể nhìn ra Hồ Nhĩ Hải. Dịch vụ: Ông chủ có thể giải quyết mọi vấn đề một cách hoàn hảo. Do hạn chế về thời gian, tôi ở lại hai đêm và không đến dự bữa trà chiều. Vị trí hơi xa thành cổ, bạn có thể đi taxi nhưng rất gần lối vào núi Thương Sơn. Lần sau tới Đại Lý tôi sẽ cân nhắc việc ở lại đây.
