服務：兩個問題，第一是入住前，在攜程備註的要遠離電梯什麼的，人家一概沒看見。結果非常吵，每天晚上凌晨都會被吵醒。電梯運行的聲音很大。
第二個問題是，換房間，人家也換了，從大房間換小房間，這裏面有差價。人家壓根不提要退差價給你的事情，明説“有價差，你要接受就換”。那反過來，換更好的房間，顧客需要補差價嗎？
攜程對酒店確實也沒啥約束力就是了。
設施：桌子的底部太矮了，拜託自己去試一下，你腳能放進去不。根本不好辦公，腿都擋完了。什麼房型都有這個問題。"

TTài khoản khách作為帶娃出行的親子活動，有幸訂了這家半山腰的民宿含帶餐飲一起一家特色店，老闆娘很熱情，我們是晚上8點到的，熱情的款待我們住宿和給我們製作美食，簡直是為我們奔波3小時路程的歸屬感，特色的菜品，還有烤魚很值得品嚐，住宿環境乾淨整潔，性價比也超級高！九皇山的風景也非常不錯，帶娃戲雪，開心極了，適合徒步打卡，但是我們小孩太多，是為戲雪而來！非常不錯的一天旅遊

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danh酒店在面向西羌酒店左側直走200多米的位置，從九皇山遊客中心需要徒步一小時左右或者坐索道才能到達。我們到的時候是晚上7點半，老闆説衹有四樓的房間了，並且給我們升級了房型，並提醒如果是徒步到的可以提前和他們説，可以為客人保留低樓層的房間。酒店有餐食服務，套餐晚餐30/人，也可以單點，價格合適，早餐10/人，都是家常菜，味道不錯，我們早飯完畢後還帶了幾個饅頭當做當天中午的乾糧。總體來説，這家酒店性價比很高，推薦！（忘拍房間照片了，圖一是我們自己點的晚餐，圖二是老闆贈送的炸辛夷花，圖三是早餐）

SShayu房間很大，新裝修的酒店，但是裝修很一般，唯獨智能控制是個加分項，馬桶是一個半智能馬桶。房間淋浴房玻璃太多，是一個減分項。前台服務很好，早餐衹有米粉加雞蛋。房間門沒有閉門器和防盜鏈。床做的有點問題，燈片安裝也是問題。讓人看着很粗糙。總的來説，性價比差了點。

TTài khoản khách空調熱乎，房間超大，非常好的入住，老闆讓我們直接上三樓選房，而且還貼心的給我們送來毛毯！非常感謝老闆的心意，我們收到了。設施還是略有瑕疵，吸門器和水龍頭起泡器缺失，需要更換一下，床墊適合腰椎不好的我，很感謝我們從貴州過來，感受到了這個春節的氛圍！

TTài khoản khách住宿必須要爬二三十個台階，房間非常乾淨，每個房間還有一個浴盆，可以洗澡，每個人的喜好不同，喜歡聽鳥兒叫的住進來，就很快樂。不喜歡住山野風光的，可以補交100塊錢，住在西羌酒店，那環境就非常好，7點到9點半，還有篝火晚會，羌人邊跳邊唱。樓下有餐廳，五六個人點一個198的套餐，根本吃不完。哦，小蘑菇和土雞燉湯，臘肉，有蒸土豆，蔬菜，山筍炒牛筋。米飯不限量。早餐是免費。總體一句話，200多塊錢的房，酒店已經盡最大可能了。

CCharseyWe were provided with a safe sheltered place to store our bikes. The owners were lovely and run a tasty restaurant downstairs. Shower was warm and bathroom has heated lights. There was aircon to heat room and electric blankets. Can't fault the price. Thank you :)
