The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

When it's sounds like Radisson Blu, people may think of a 4-star hotel, but my experience with Radisson Blu was not so amused. The miscommunication started since we checked in. On Trip.com, it said we can have a buffet style breakfast with $25 per person, but upon asking them, they said it's a la carte and have to pay at the restaurant. There was no buffet available. They asked me to send an e-mail to confirm is the information about the breakfast is accurate as it mentioned in trip.com sadly no one responded to my e-mail until the hours of breakfast ( 8- 11 am ) and we had not breakfast in the morning. The room is okay. It is not as exciting as it sounds like Radisson Blu. I had experience staying in Radisson blu in other countries, but the room quality they had there is not even as comparable with Radisson blu toronto downtown. The room in Radisson blu toronto downtown is like the same as some random hotel. The coffee machine was really dirty. When we complained at the front desk, they did not send any replacement. Another thing is that no dental kits were provided as it should provide in all 4 star hotels. Upon requesting at the front desk, they send us dental kits like an hour later. While checking out the front desk lady, she was a trainee. I showed him the picture of the dirty coffee machine and explained our dissatisfaction. She said she couldn't do any compensation since the room was pre-paid. In return she offered me some bottle of water for our trip 😄. I mean, I don't need a water bottle as compensation. Then she offered me that the parking would be on the house. Now, I am waiting for the return of my $100 security deposit. Apart from that the location of the hotel is very cool and convenient. Just in the herat of downtown. The CN tower was visible just from the window of our room. Considering everything it does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel.

Nệm êm ái, và nhiệt độ phòng hoàn hảo trong suốt thời gian tôi ở. Vệ sinh & Tiện nghi Các khu vực chung được dọn dẹp hàng ngày, và các phòng tắm được bảo trì tốt với nước nóng ổn định. Nhà bếp chung được trang bị đầy đủ, giúp bạn dễ dàng tự nấu ăn—hoàn hảo cho những người đi du lịch dài ngày hoặc những người có ngân sách hạn chế. Không khí & Cuộc sống xã hội Nhà nghỉ có bầu không khí rất thân thiện và chào đón. Khách đến từ khắp nơi trên thế giới, và bầu không khí xã hội giúp bạn dễ dàng kết bạn mới. Phòng khách chung rộng rãi và là nơi tuyệt vời để thư giãn, làm việc hoặc trò chuyện với những du khách khác. Nhân viên Nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và hữu ích. Thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng, và họ đã cung cấp cho tôi những lời khuyên tuyệt vời về phương tiện giao thông, tham quan và các lựa chọn ăn uống xung quanh Toronto.

Nơi này giống như một ốc đảo giữa sa mạc cát hoặc sa mạc hoang vắng. Nhận phòng lúc 11 giờ đêm nhưng vẫn thấy rất yên bình và tĩnh lặng. Cảm thấy được chào đón và ngủ ngon giấc... mặc dù xung quanh toàn là người đi bộ trên đường phố.
