Do you want to live in an executive 7,500 sqrt beautiful house next to Lawrence West Subway Station, Yorkdale Shopping Mall and Lawrence Square Mall. We are renting for professional working people, students and travelers. The house is clean, spacious and in good neighbour. Private bedroom with key lock. Room is furnished with Queen size bed, Hydro, Water, Heat, AC, Wifi Internet are included. Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway. Guests also have access to the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen island, sofa, the backyard, and patio. We offer coffee, tea, sugar, salt, instant oatmeal, and instant noodles for your self-serve breakfast. The microwave, bread toaster, refrigerator, freezer, electric water heater, paper towels and all utensils (cups, dishes. bowls, folks, and spoons) are available for guests to use. We are a family home living here with our children and we want to make sure that our guests have the best experience staying in our beautiful place. Therefore, we do not allow and tolerate any illegal activities, drugs, weapon, parties, alcohol, loud noises, vandalism. Only smoke outside of the house. No pet. This is a peaceful, professional, safe, and quiet neighborhood. No outside guests are allowed. Always lock the front door when you enter or leave the house. No pet. No parties. First floor private room A2, A3, sharing kitchen and bath on first floor. Second floor private room C1, C2 sharing kitchen and bath on second floor. Second floor can also be reserved as entire floor, including the exclusive kitchen, bath, access to balcony, and the balcony hall way can be converted to 3rd room to live the 5th person. Basement only reserve the entire floor, with room B1, B2, kitchen and bath. Every room equipped with temperature and humidity remote monitor to ensure comfort environment. Walk out of door is the Queen Street with collection of Bars, and nightclubs. 5 minutes walk to Ossignton Ave, which is Toronto's restaurant street. 10 minutes walk to Trinity-Bellwood park, where the frequent summer festivals happening here.
