I had a wonderful experience staying at Novotel Huashan. The railway station pick up service was seamless. I called the front desk 3 hours prior to arrival and a front desk assistant was very helpful in arranging for the pick up. The transport was already waiting for us outside the station. The driver was very friendly. We were welcomed by the receptionists and check in was very smooth. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to the Premier Room. The room was simply amazing. The bathroom is equipped with fully-automated water closet system with heated seat. The welcome fruit plater was sent to my room upon check in. Breakfast was great too! No wonder this hotel is dubbed as Huashan’s no.1 hotel! We had a great time staying here. Special thanks to Evelyn, Yuki, Tina and every member of staff who looked after us during our stay. I will definitely return to the hotel for my next visit!

The reason why we stay at this hotel is because of the non-smoking room as well as the floor and the lobby. No smoking odor at all. That's what we can find the best non-smoking hotel The breakfast was awesome. The location is great even though we still need a taxi or DiDi to ride to the Mountain Hua.

It is one of the best hotels in Huashan & Huayin area. Its location is very good to visit Huashan and other places. Room and facilities were so nice, breakfast was so good. When I arrived at the hotel, staffs welcomed me kindly. All the staffs are very kind and helpful, I'd like to say special thanks to Xiao Li (小李) for her kindness and support during the stay. 这是华山和华阴地区最好的酒店之一。地理位置优越，方便前往华山和其他地方。房间和设施都很棒，早餐也很棒。我到达酒店时，工作人员热情地接待了我。所有工作人员都非常友善和乐于助人，我要特别感谢小李在我入住期间的热情款待和支持。

Great location, close to train station and Huashan Mountain main entrance, street food area not far either, nice service as well!

Hotel is kept very clean, staff were very helpful. It’s a bit older and has some quirks, our toilet wasn’t working well but the staff fixed it quickly. Evelyn helped out a lot this morning and arranged the hotel shuttle to take us to the train station, it’s a quick 5 minute ride. No complaints for the staff, but Novotel could spring for some better soap and shampoos. Overall for the money, hotel is a great value.

the staff is wonderfully helpful! the room is very well appointed too. i have only two quibbles - the TV is not super responsive, and the heating is not too reliable - the thermometer says 23 deg even when i have put the heat on 30 for a long time. perhaps the sudden adverse weather is to blame (room is on a high floor and 'catches' all the wind and cold)

Super big and spacious room. 15mins drive to huashan tourist centre. Eatery and supermarket nearby. Worth the price.

Fellow travellers were very happy with the large spacious room and amenities. After a very tiring Mt. Huashan climb, it was a welcomed relief to be back to a nice hotel. Staff were very attentive and gave extra bottles of water. Location is 5km either way to the Mt. Huashan ticketing center and XiyueMiao. Both places a definite must to visit when in HuaShan.

It is a hotel in tourist city

非常舒適的酒店，乾淨温馨。前台小姐姐小張、小楊、小盧熱心周到，特地申請安排了司機接送我們至火車站，還推薦了附近的景點。早餐非常豐盛，我們到的第二天打算一早去爬華山，他們讓我們六點就去餐廳，打包帶了東西路上吃，特地讓給孩子帶兩罐酸奶，結果果然我兒子早起沒胃口，衹喝得下酸奶😅😅打包的炒飯和肉是上了西峯頂才狼吞虎嚥的😃😃總之，特別感謝酒店的招待，強烈推薦！
