I enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

Very old, the door lock is slow and sometimes fails, the room smells musty, the toilet and wash basin are not very clean, the slippers are reusable and not disposable... The price is also very expensive, so the CP value is very low. 非常殘舊，門鎖很緩慢也有時會失靈，房間一股霉味，座廁洗手盆也是不太潔淨，拖鞋是重複使用的不是一次性......價錢亦非常昂貴，所以CP值極低

I chose the Ovolo Central for my Sotheby's Institute of Art 5-day short course. The Ovolo Central is very close to the galleries but at a rather quiet location. Upon arrival, Duty Manager Carlton greeted me with big bright smile which ease my tiredness of the travel. The room is of Modern Elegance design and so well-planned with all you need. The housekeeping did a great job to make the room comfortable. The Mini bar got great selection of snacks and beverages to accommodate your hunger or thirst. Brilliant little artsy boutique hotel in central Hong Kong. Staff were friendly and the reception and common areas were not only beautiful but smelt amazing! The room was spacious and had plenty of storage. The room had blackout blinds and the bed was very comfortable! The only drawback was no safe in the room for personal items, but it’s a small problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was alright and we liked the fairly priced mini snack bar. Though we requested a late check out upon our check in and the receptionist said okay. But we got a call the next day saying that we had to check out an hour before we were supposed to. So we had to explain the situation again, but luckily we still got our late check out request approved. Just didn’t feel great that our previous request wasn’t confirmed the first time despite getting the Ok from the receptionist 😅

Excellent location and wonderful service and food at the Ovolo .

The location is great for tourists who are wanting close proximity to the fine restaurants of Soho and lively bars of Lan Kwai Fong. The staff are always friendly, and the rooms are more spacious than the nearby hotels. They also have some treats available in the room which are quite nice

Location is perfect ! Rooms are quite spacious for the standards in Hk. Highly recommended

Nice place to stay! Will visit again for sure. Pretty close to bars and places to have fun, convenient for guests who plan to seek for fun.

Staff were nice enough to help us arrange our stay despite booking the wrong date

Great location, the front desk (guys) are not too helpful or friendly, I have a feeling he discriminate chinese from mainland China, although we are not. Just concern the fire exits are blocked.
