Đã ở đây 3 đêm, nhìn chung là hài lòng! Phòng ốc có chút tối giản, nhà vệ sinh nhỏ hơn mong đợi nhưng cũng dễ hiểu vì đây là Hồng Kông. Sạch sẽ và mới, sẽ cân nhắc quay lại lần sau!

We were at the said hotel because of MU match on 30 May 2025. The location to Hysan Place is about 8 to 10mins walking distance where we bought MU jersey on those two days. Not only that the nearby area got restaurants like 鼎泰丰 and Japanese restaurant. Walk Abit further, there are mall like SOGO, Lee Gardens building got a lots brand good shops. There are even local fruits stall n market too. Lastly, all the concierge staffs and front line staff are nice and friendly. They always greeted and opened the door for us to enter or exit. Thank a lot for your excellent service and let us feel like a home.

By the time we finished a lovely tea during check-in, everything was already neatly placed in our room, eliminating any awkwardness around tipping the bellboy. The staff were warm, professional, and consistently helpful, always ready with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with elegant, thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable, complete with a pillow menu, and the amenities, from the fully stocked minibar and coffee machine to the sleek, modern bathroom, were top-tier. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Sogo Mall and the heart of Causeway Bay, with endless shopping, local eateries, and serene parks nearby. Despite being in the center of it all, the hotel remained a tranquil retreat after a busy day. We truly appreciated the boutique charm and meticulous attention to detail. It’s clear Lanson Place prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction. We’ll absolutely return on our next visit to Hong Kong. The hotel is very conveniently located in causeway bay, however it is a slight long walk from MTR if you are dragging your luggage. Room is very clean, and it is equipped with everything you need although the room is slightly small. The welcome cocktail includes one cocktail and a set of canapés!

Thanks Leo and Larry free upgrading one of the room to us with spacious space. They are very friendly even guide us how to go to MTR. Also help us contact our driver to come to the hotel correctly to pick up us to airport. Highly recommended to everyone. Cleaner auntie also very friendly, cleaning is very thorough..Will visit again when travel to Hong Kong.

A very attentive and welcoming staff that offered a warm and swift check in experience. The lobby area is comfortable and elegant. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable.

New hotel

One of the best hotel service I have experienced!!!!! The place feel like home, food quality superb. Like the detail, e.g. hold an umbrella for you while you step out of the hotel (it was raining). Environment and interior design feels like quiet luxury. Tho not many facilities inside and it’s just a boutique hotel but the service worths it all!!!
