2 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too. The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin. You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free. Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

In general, I can say it is a good hostel. I just didn't like that there were no lockers in the rooms. I didn't choose the breakfast because it was a bit expensive.

There must of been a field trip or sporting competition in town because there were no less than 200 teenagers in this hostel! Haha, the room was fine, the bed was hard, the shower was hot, and the view (5th floor) was the other bunk bed rooms and some kind of meeting point for the pigeons. My window also faced the courtyard so it was loud outside my window well into the evening. All in all, it was a room that served its purpose, a place to lay my head.

This hotel is actually quite good. Located near the city centre which you have to take the bus for 2 stops if you do not want to walk. But the distance is walkable! Around 15 minutes which is acceptable. The hotel room we booked is a private room which is very clean and bright, overall we had a nice stay there. However, to be honest, it is a bit expensive. But overall okayyyy.

Good value for money. 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the train station.

It was to noisy, you can't get some sleep in This place.

The hotel is near to Hauptbahnhof only takes few minutes bus to there. The room was big enough for my luggages. There was TV, hair dryer and a dressing mirror provided. The room was clean with good light source! Also, there were kitchen with microwave and refrigerator in the basement. It’s so nice for cooking.

The room was not cleaned and found dust everywhere. They should provide kettle for the twin room.

All the staffs are frdly, locations is good, not so hard to find

It is really okay for the price. A&O Hotels are generally good

Decent hygiene and decent facilities. The elevator is so old-fashioned. Convenient location.

Cheap but old, not clean,charger broken, walk about 15 mins to Hbf

the room was clean and nice. although my room's window is somehow broken and can not be tilted, otherwise it's all very good. but because it doesn't have AC, so you have to sleep with window open. Beware it can be noisy.
