very good location, service is good too, room is clean

很高興能夠入住位置那麼好的酒店，但是在入住的兩晚期間，我們對酒店的服務感到十分的失望，這絕對不是一家四星級酒店該有的樣子！當我們12點在前台詢問的時候，那個女服務生回答我們下午一點可以入住，然而當我們下午四點回到酒店辦理入住時，前台迴應房間還沒有準備好，還需要等待十五分鐘。第二天早上，波士頓下着大雨，我們詢問前台一位女服務員是否有雨傘可以借用，她十分冰冷的回答沒有，並且沒有任何不好意思的感覺，這讓人覺得很不舒適，這種情況發生在亞洲人身上，我甚至懷疑這位女服務員有歧視的想法，令人無法接受！

景色很好，地理位置也很棒。衹是裝修有點老氣而且健身房很小。

Hice la reserva con vosotros y después me cobraron 110€ más de tasas que me dijeron que estaban incluidas . La recepción a la llegada un señor muy desagradable . Cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba la puerta del balcón rota por lo que entraba mucho frío y nosotros dijo el señor de mantenimiento que esperáramos al día siguiente , claro está no lo hicimos , el aire acondicionado también suena mucho . No lo recomendamos

The hotel was in the best area for tourist! The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were not the most comfortable but was good enough to get rest.

Great place to stay to be in the middle of everything! Really enjoyed our stay - only thing to note is the standard rooms do not have a microwave or fridge and there was only one elevator that worked- which made it busy for st paddy’s weekend! But overall great stay and worth the price!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the location which makes it easy getting in and out of the city, easy walk to the Garden for events which is why we were in town to see a Celtic game.

There was only one working elevator, every time you wanted to leave you had to wait a while for the lift and then stuff yourself into a packed elevator.

The Bostonian is always our first choice when staying in Boston. It's an easy walk to everything...The Garden, Black Rose, The North End...Great place, Great people!

The location is good and appreciate for complimentary bottle of water. I hear the sounds from out of the room and next to the room so cleary. Some staff good, but basically the staff do not see the guest (sometime talking on loudspeaker at the front desk), no assist the door even I had lugguages and seeing it. I guess no repeat.

I thought the overall experience was amazing. The location was central to everything! My one complaint was that the mini fridge in our room was fully stocked with beverages, so there was no room to refrigerate any perishable baked goods from the bakeries that I wanted to buy from.

Tired and dirty room- lock mechanism broke and we were locked out of our room while it had to get fixed

The bathroom and shower were beautiful and renovated! The bed and furniture in the room were a bit outdated but still clean. A large parking lot was located right across the stress!
