Staff very helpful. MR MESUT ready to serve with smile. Blanket need to be placed on bed. Sitting bowl need maintenance as the water non stop flow. Tooth brush was not there. Food menu for Asia not readily available

Overall it was good, i did not eat there so i wouldn't know about the food, the room was good, the view not so much, location might be good for some people, but it is too far away for most, it was clean and service was quite good, the swimming pool was clean but the there was too much chlorine in it and it was quite irritating, fancy hotel over all, but i doubt i will ever go again because of the location.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

Clean ,located in a very quiet zone,very easy to access,good parking fir cars,i like it so much. Pool,gym,good sevices Worth the price 10/10 Compliments

Located in area next to cemeteries. 15 minutes walking to subway. The hotel itself is good, rooms are clean. Service is good, but they don’t smile at all.

Nice and clean rooms. New building so everything is new and fresh. Comfortablle bed. Highly recommended

This is one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul. It’s very close to metrobus that goes to Shopping centers and has got tram line which goes directly to Historical center. I love the huge windows and balconies in this hotel. It’s really a great advantage when you can have a breath of fresh air. Some rooms on the upper floors have even sea view. All the side rooms have 2 huge windows or even 2 balconies. Rooms have iron and the ironing board , very comfortable pillows and well designed bed heads. Bathroom lights are a lit low of light but still shower and the mirrors are great. It has good wardrobes and for me it’s a great option for living . Downstairs there are 2 amazing tasty and cheap Turkish restaurants with real meat cooking art.
