SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

TTài khoản kháchGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillow. The complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee were a nice touch and refillable too! The bath was super nice and good to soothe the muscles, also with good hairdryer. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with everything. The pool table was fun too. One small thing was that one of the towels were not clean, so I used the other one. That does not take away from how good this place was though!

XXenTravellerGreat location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

TTài khoản kháchKhách sạn khá đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Khách sạn Jin Jiang rộng lớn, n*** khi bước vào đã tạo cho bạn cảm giác như một công ty Trung Quốc đang mở rộng ra nước ngoài. Ban ngày, họ có nước lọc, bánh quy và kẹo ở sảnh, tất cả đều rất ngon.
Khách sạn rất gần bãi biển, n*** bên kia đường, và cũng có một khu vực riêng trong khách sạn. Hồ bơi trên sân thượng cũng rất đẹp.
Phương tiện giao thông công cộng cũng rất thuận tiện. Bữa sáng khá ổn, mặc dù phong cách châu Âu cũng tạm được.

TTài khoản kháchFantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel.
Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast.
Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.
