Брали номер с балконом по размерам отличный номер. Ванная по размерам тоже хорошая.
Есть в номере кофеварка, можно сделать чай и кофе.
На рецепшене тоже стоит кофемашина, можно сделать кофе и чай . И набрать питьевой воды.
Есть конфеты и лимонад.
Завтрак очень хороший.
Перед тем как бронировать читала , что многих не устраивает звукоизоляция.
Рядом с нами занят был только один номер и было слышно через стену как хлопает дверь и разговаривают, но все улеглись после 22:00-23:00, так что мы нормально спали.
И на этот случай в номере есть беруши.

Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds.
Wifi was fast.
Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

TTài khoản kháchNice room, quite snug especially with two big luggages. Room is old but can see patches of minimal refurbishing done to the bathroom. Was skeptical due to other comments about bathroom smell but wasn’t an issue for our room. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of selection and decent price compared to having breakfast elsewhere. Love the complementary coffee whenever the restaurant is open.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhIbis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

JJoey LimSJCheck-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and neat. I especially loved the scent of the hand soap. The location is convenient, situated at the end of a metro line and just a 2–4 minute walk to the station. There is also a supermarket and a McDonald’s nearby. For budget-friendly bottled water, the fruit shop sells 50cl bottles for only €0.50.

XXenTravellerGreat location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials.
The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise.
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day!
Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Khách sạn nằm cách trạm xe điện sân bay Jean Medécin khoảng 3 phút, cách Place Massena 2 phút và cách phố cổ 4 phút.
Phòng của tôi rất sạch sẽ và có máy lạnh/sưởi ấm, tủ lạnh, máy sấy tóc, TV, ấm đun nước & cà phê/trà miễn phí. Đồ đạc và thảm trông được bảo dưỡng tốt và giường rất thoải mái. Tôi được nhân viên nói nhiều thứ tiếng chào đón nồng nhiệt khi nhận phòng. Tôi ngủ rất ngon và chỉ có thể giới thiệu khách sạn này!
