It's a wonderful hotel but pretty far from all the tourist attractions. It's surely peaceful due to its location. The breakfast was simple and good, it wasn't very crowded at the buffet. There's a guest laundry with free access. The room is very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Amber is really sweet and gave us a smooth check in. Jimmy helped us with our bags right till our room, he always smiled and greeted us. Chris helped me book the tickets and was always up for helping in any possible way. He also sent me a welcome fruit plate :) They aren't the best at English but we communicated using wechat and translator apps. I appreciate all their help and efforts!

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It might be better if more staff knew English.

Clean and good customer service. Location is a little bit far from the city central

in one night I changed room for 2 times and the next day I changed the room for the third time ,but the response from the reception was really slowly, hopefully next time there will be no issue

The location is quite remote and there was heavy traffic jam in the morning and evening.

Nothing really stands out but overall not bad. Room size is slightly smaller than some others within the same brand thou.
