The place is clean and stuff is upgraded with heated bidet in the bathroom. Staff are all nice. The only downside is that the elevator was not working during our stay so the staff had to help us carry our luggages. But overall the place is nice.

It was very touching because it was a hotel with traditional Spanish culture. The paintings and decorations decorated in many places were also attractive, and it stopped my eyes there for a while. It was a short journey, but it left many memories. Thank you.

Super duper accommodating staff. Not really now facility, but you can feel the history.

Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

I made a big stupid mistake of paying too much money for a hotel like this. This hotel was greatly disappointed after staying only in the belief of false reviews and reputation. Poor services, facilities, and breakfast!!! They didn't even offer complimentary mineral water. They say to use a water dispenser in the hallway. Ha Ha Ha! Services worse than a cheap motel!

Wonderful and beautiful spanich colonial building in the heart of Vigan. Enjoyed my stay at Deluxe room for myself. Definitely come back again.

初めてのVigan旅行で2泊利用させていただきました。ホテルの雰囲気がViganとマッチしており、とてもいい体験でした。スタッフの方々は親切で、お部屋も清潔でした。若干施設建物自体は歴史を感じさせてますが、お食事も美味しく(特にVigan Longanisa)総じて満足度は高かったです。街歩きもしやすいロケーションなので、Vigan旅行の際はおすすめのホテルです！

少し古いがきれいにされているしスタッフも丁寧で良い。 シャワールームも使いやすくお湯も出てて問題なかった。 立地はメイン通りのどまん中で観光するにも十分な場所。 この観光地に来るならこのホテルがおすすめ

妻の誕生日で宿泊利用しました。 博物館併設のとても趣深いホテルでとても楽しかったです。 綺麗でサービスもよく、ホテルの方々も妻の誕生日を祝ってくれました。サプライズケーキも本当に嬉しかったです。このホテルに決めて本当に良かったです。次回も必ず利用したいと思います。
